Everything was amazing in the property all of the facilities. Staff were so helpful and kind too
I was expending a bit more from such a high standard place in regards to how new everything was. The room seemed a bit old and the bathroom smelled like urine

Transportation in Bali is relatively easy to get, so not a problem, but the hotel is a little secluded.

Food are halal. No pork. Amazing place next to golf course. Staff are friendly and efficient.
The room that I selected was too far. Wanted to change to a nearer one to the lobby but they only have suites. And that was too big for me. I wasn't around too much to enjoy such a big room.
