Absolutely stunning …. Even better than the pictures. The staff are phenomenal. Among the best customer service I’ve had, truly commendable! Every single one of them

The biggest issue for me was the menu. The location is somewhat removed from other restaurants, so you’re largely reliant on the options available on-site. Unfortunately, as a vegan, there was nothing on the menu I could eat. The limited vegetarian options were only available on the starters menu, with no vegetarian options offered among the main courses. There was also some unexpected construction noise in certain areas, but the staff were very attentive and quick to try to accommodate me and address the issue. I appreciated their effort and willingness to help.

The whole resort looks magnificent. The Mediterranean looking buildings, the pools and the gardens were all fantastic. The room itself was huge and comfortable. The restaurant and bar were a real treat also. Great breakfast. The staff get to know your names and are super friendly. Would have loved to stay longer.

To me the only small negative was the lounge in the room. It was a bean bag style lounge and a little uncomfortable to sit in.

This hotel is absolutely stunning, from every single angle. The overall design and the care that has been taken to individually style each room adds to the undeniable charm and aesthetic luxury of La Santa Rosa. When we arrived, we walked around the grounds in awe of how beautiful and romantic everything felt - it is a very unique and special hotel. The size, design and comfort of our room far exceeded our expectations. The rooms are quiet, luxurious and well-appointed. Four particular staff members were absolutely exceptional. They were professional, helpful and warm to the point that when we left after almost a week, we felt like we were leaving family. Nothing was too much trouble; they consistently went above and beyond to delight us, built strong trust and rapport and they were just funny, lovely and engaging people. They added so much to our stay. Both of these factors combined have contributed to this being the best hotel stay that both my partner and I can recall ever having.

I hate to mark La Santa Rosa down, because we truly loved our stay here and can't wait to come back. Honestly, the location is challenging at the moment. It is clear there is development taking place nearby and I think this issue will resolve over time. We stayed for nearly a week and also wanted to explore other parts of Uluwatu. At times, we were unable to get Grab or Gojek to collect us. The staff were so helpful in helping to organize a scooter for us so we could get around.

This Hotel just Looks amazing. It’s really worth if you looking for good pictures at the Pool :)
