They really offer great food options during the whole day.
The Spa/Wellness is great and offers enough options for a long stay in the hotel, certainly when the weather makes you stay indoors.
There is always room for improvement, but it was all really good. A minor point for improvement - if I would have to give one - would be that the noise of the closing doors in the spa relax area would have to be fixed so the noise is reduced to a minimum.

Spa facilities were exceptional.
Breakfast could have had more vegan/gluten free options. Also, just very strange behaviour from staff all around. It was very hit or miss. For example, at dinner in the Michelin star restaurant, they asked us if we would like an aperitif, we said no just the wine list. They then continued to serve everyone else and we had to ask for the wine list once more. Then we ordered our wine and they continues to serve everyone else again, brought us bread etc, but still no wine. We then had to ask for our wine again. I believe maybe they thought they shouldn't bring out our wine until the first course, but who wants to wait almost 30 minutes waiting for wine? They also brought my partner a different dessert instead of the cheese course they told him he could have and wouldn't budge convincing him he ordered a sorbet. Very strange and we didn't want to make a huge fuss. Same thing with the restaurant the second night (a different one), they took ages to bring us a wine card, then wouldn't bring our wine for ages. I don't eat butter and had to ask four times for olive oil with the bread. Strange again. Finally, I would expect the rooms to not be dusty, but the kind of headboards they had were covered in dust and behind every table it was extremely dusty. Also I would expect pillows that were not completely flat, basically just a pillow case at such a nice resort. I've seem people comment similar things about dust, pillows and the headboard, so it seems to be a running theme.
Also found the staff a bit up tight and rude, especially checking out. It almost seemed like they took advantage of how nice we were and only paid attention to the extremely demanding guests who were rude to them. (we saw this happen a few times). Overall the complaints weren't crazy, but for the amount of money we paid both in the restaurants and for the stay itself, I really would have expected much more.
