Location was OK but its not in Obzor itself. Its a bit after the city. Its not first line. You have to walk to the beach a bit but it was acceptable. Beach are further in the coast line and it was okay. Staff was friendly at reception and everyone around the restaurant too. Nice lake and food was OK. Animation was nice. There are also shuttles to obzor and back.
The restaurant is not big enough for 3 buildings. If you want relaxing experience, you won't get it in it. It can't take all the people and often you have to wait for tables and food. Pancakes finish fast, small choice of meat. Desserts are artifical. Cleaning staff was irregular and once came in the room even after saying no. When leaving the cleaning personal didn't know we leave in an hour and came to change our bedsheets not for the next guest so we could not rest before the Road ahead. There were only small pillows and the bed is not very comfy..

Храната е разнообразна, вкусна. Има много салати и плодове. Няколко вида месо и гарнитури. Десертите не бяха добри. Чисти басейни, макар да беше пълно винаги намирахме шезлонг. Имаше организирани забавления за децата. Хареса ми определено, бихме повторили.
Плажа на бара и напитките включени в ол инклузив програмата, докато в хотела бяха оригиналните продукти на кола, там бяха някакъв много по-нисък клас "сокчета и безалкохолни".

Разположение, плажа е близо. Персоналът е любезен и отзивчив. Басейните са чисти. Има достатъчно шезлонги на плажа и до басейните.
Базата се нуждае от ремонт,но не козметичен. Много е шумно в ресторанта, храната е разнообразна,но не винаги е приготвена добре. Например по пилешкото редовно имаше перушина, рибата беше стара и вгранена. Ястията или пресолени или без сол. Не на последно място присъствието на много невъзпитани и изключително шумни румънци , които най-вероятно за първи път посещават цивилизовано място. Може да се помисли за зони без деца до 12г. както е направено в много други хотели.
