the property is located almost in the forest. You can hear various birds. there is underground parking which is a plus for me.

There is a lack of some amenities in the bathroom. Also, the room's walls require some re-painting.

All in all, I do not recommend it and not value for money.

The location was good and very near to the sea.

There was no reception desk at the hotel, and we should collect the key from a lock box. We give it back in the office which was 5 minutes away by car from the hotel. The Wi-Fi user name and password were given by Sun& snow.

Nice property but terrible services.

Nice location, parking in underground garage, close to the beach

The price on Booking.com is in PLN, but the host charges in EUR with 7 % surcharge. Also after that I paid another 2 % (which is usual conversion rate) to the bank beacause I use CZK not EUR. But still 7 % surcharge is much higher than bank conversion rate. The host also charges (the same way) 500 PLN as a guarantee payment and it takes them a month to give it back after leaving the property without any damage whatsoever. The services were terrible, I was informed that keys from the property will be in the lockbox, but the password did not work and it was because keys were with the host, who took me a while to contact in order to get the keys. Another thing is giving the keys back, where I was informed that this have to be personally at the office and no later than 10 am, but the host do not arrive to the office earlier than 9 am. So no early leaving for us.

A relaxing 10 day stay on the Baltic Coast

A 5 minute walk from the beach and sea. Nice quiet apartment ovelooking the trees and the forest behind the building. Secure underground parking near to a lifts for the individual apartment block location you are staying in .Good shower with plenty of hot water. Radiators you can turn on and off in the apartment ,as well as bathroom. Large balcony with seeats and small table-suitable for reading, enjoying the sun,sitting on for coffee or tea,or breakfast.Clothes drier on balcony too..

11 days relaxing holiday with pet dog.

Comfortable and clean flat. Nice and warm with the radiators on or off when the weather got cooler. Internet good once we got the broken charger changed by the owner. Sun and Snow sent their engineer round to fix this and turn on the heating same morning(stay in late September). Parking good and secure in garage under building,with direct access to apartment by nearest lift. Dryer for laundry on balcony for drying hand washed clothes. Also iron and ironing board in wardrobe. Very close walking distance to the beach. Quiet in flat for sleeping and relaxing in general.Very pleasant beach for extensive walking for humans and dogs. About 20 minutes walk to the centre of town along new pedestrian path and board walk(brings you out near pier).

No washing machine in apartment. 20PLN per night to park car, which is not charged by Aquamarina Apartments, just Sun and Snow.

Krótki ale bardzo miły pobyt.

Bardzo blisko do plaży około 150 m. Świetna lokalizacja dla osób wypoczywających ze zwierzętami około 500 m do całorocznej plaży dla zwierząt. Tanie 20 zł miejsce postojowe w podziemnym parkingu.

Brak kontaktu z gospodarzem przez Whattsap, który rzekomo miał być możliwy.

Czysto, ładnie, bardzo blisko do morza i dłuższy kawałek do centrum, co dla nas było plusem, bo motywowało do spacerów 😎 Dwie łazienki w apartamencie z dwiema sypialniami to bardzo duży plus.

Wyliczone rolki papieru toaletowego i raptem dwie kostki do zmywarki. Żadna z tych rzeczy nie kosztuje majątek, a gdy ich nie ma, to złe wrażenie zostaje...

So lange da gebaut wird, kommen wir nicht dorthin zurück.

Grundsätzlich fahren immer gerne nach Misdroy.

Extrem laute Baustelle direkt vor dem Balkon. Ab 6:30/ 7 Uhr kein Schlaf mehr möglich. Arbeiten teilweise bis 20Uhr und die ganze Nacht helles Flutlicht direkt in die Wohnung. Hotline angerufen, die sagen die Kollegen vor Ort sollen das klären. Die Kollegen vor Ort sagen, sie können nix machen zwecks Umzug in eine Ausweichwohnung und die Zentrale soll sich kümmern. Also ist gar nichts passiert und man musste es bis zum Schluss so ertragen. Angeblich soll das irgendwo im Kleingedruckten gestanden haben bei der Buchung. Im Nachhinein hab ich einen kleinen Satz auf englisch gefunden, das es möglicherweise zu Lärm kommen kann. Dann kann man aber nicht den vollen Preis verlangen. Die Wohnung war teilweise irgendwann mal neu gestrichen aber die Möbel waren alt und abgenutzt. Tischlampen gingen wie immer nicht. Da nehmen wir schon immer Birnen mit. Unding Wlan Router auf dem Nachttisch, weil keine der anderen Netzwerkdosen funktioniert.

wunderbare ruhige Lage direkt am Meer und ein großes, gut eingerichtetes Appartement

wunderbare Lage am Ortsrand, direkt am Meer, getrennt nur durch die Promenade großes Appartement mit allen notwendigen Einrichtungen und Ausrüstungen Promenaden-Anfang direkt vor der Haustür. ruhige Lage, kein Verkehrslärm, keine betrunkenen Touristen, kein Kneipengetümmel sehr großer Balkon separate "Mückenabwehr-Tür" auf den Balkon Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage

komplizierte Schlüsselübergabe, Hotel und Büro lagen weit auseinander. Büro hat nur bestimmte Öffnungszeiten und die Angaben zur alternativen Schlüsselübergabe schienen kompliziert. Zum Glück sind wir nicht in den Abendstunden angereist. Die guten Fischlokale (Frisch-Fisch vom Kutter) lagen am anderen Ende der Stadt am Hafen. Leider kein Meerblick, da die Bäume der Promenade zwischen Hotel und Meer liegen.

Super Apartment

Das Apartment war perfekt – sehr groß, modern und sauber. Zwei Schlafzimmer, ein riesiger Wohn- und Essbereich mit Küche, zwei Bäder und eine tolle Terrasse. Besonders praktisch war die unkomplizierte Abwicklung über Codes, ganz ohne Schlüsselübergabe. Auch die Tiefgarage war bequem zugänglich. Alles bestens organisiert – absolut empfehlenswert! Die Lage war super, direkt am Strand.

Es gab nichts zu bemängeln.

👷‍♂️Baustelle direkt vor dem Schlafzimmer😡zahlreiche Mängel in der Ferienwohnung 😡

Die fußläufige Lage der Ferienwohnung zum Ostseestrand und Misdroy als Urlaubsort sind super.

Fazit 👎👎👎 Aufgrund der Vielzahl an negativen Erfahrungen und der mangelnden Kooperation kann ich die Ferienwohnung in Kombination mit Sun & Snow nicht empfehlen Baustelle👷‍♂️ 10 Meter vor dem Balkon und Schlafzimmer gibt es eine Großbaustelle, wo Werktags ab 7:00 Uhr gearbeitet wird - siehe Bilder. Die Baustelle war bei der Buchung nicht angegeben und der Anbieter (Sun & Snow) hat sich nach Beginn der Bauarbeiten auch nicht proaktiv bei mir gemeldet. Ferienwohnung mit zahlreichen Mängeln😡, die wenn überhaupt, nur schleppend und nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage behoben wurden. 👷‍♂️ Die Bilder vermitteln einen Eindruck der Bauarbeiten, die sich direkt vor dem Balkon bzw. dem Schlafzimmer abgespielt haben. Nach Kontaktaufnahme zu Sun & Snow per Telefon und E-Mail, hieß es lapidar, dass ich eine E-Mail an die “Beschwerdeabteilung” schreiben soll. 😡 Kaputte Wäschespinne, defekter Staubsauger und fehlender Stöpsel für die Spüle. 😡 Kaputtes Messer im Schneidblock, was vor der ersten Benutzung nicht zu erkennen war. Hätten wir das Messer schwungvoll aus dem Block gezogen, hätte die ganze Sache auch richtig schief gehen können 😡 Im Hinblick auf den Zustand der Einrichtung möchte ich noch stellvertretend das Loch im Fliegengitter zum Balkon, die Schwergängigkeit der Türen des Einbauschranks im Schlafzimmer und den abgebrochenen Türstopper erwähnen - siehe Bilder. ➕➕➕Update: Mein Feedback zur Reaktion von Sun & Snow auf meine Bewertung➕➕➕ Ein Mitarbeiter von Sun & Snow hat mir bestätigt, dass am 31.12.24, als ich die Unterkunft gebucht habe, die Baustelle noch nicht vermerkt habe.Auf meine Mails an [email protected] habe ich bisher keine konstruktiven Antwort erhalten. Dementsprechend werde ich in Zukunft davon Abstand nehmen bei Sun & Snow nochmals eine Unterkunft zu buchen. 🟨@Sun & Snow🟨Falls Sie mich doch noch kontaktieren wollen, um die Probleme konstruktiv anzugehen hatte ich in der Mailkommunikation die 4516176676 als Referenz angegeben.

Widok z okna na teren budowy i hałas przez 9 godzin dziennie nie wyłączając soboty .Pobór kaucji która to nie jest adekwatna do jakości i wyposażenia pokoju jak również nie jest wykazana w ofercie kupna pobytu. Kody do wifi podane przez menagera są nie aktywne Spalone żarówki w lampkach nocnych, ubogie wyposażenie kuchni jak również wisienka na torcie zerwane drzwi do kabiny prysznicowej które to po interwencji miały być przez obsługę naprawione ale ze względu na weekend nikt się nie pofatygował a potem również nie. nie wspomnę o bardzo brudnym tarasie i oknach [chyba przez budowę ] przez które trudno było dojrzeć cokolwiek. Dobrze ze pogoda nie zawiodła .

Apartament posiada wszystko co potrzeba niczego nam nie brakowało. Co najważniejsze było czysto :)

Jedyny drobny minus to dość słabo oznaczone miejsce (na Google Maps w ogóle pokazuje kwaterę po drugiej stronie drogi), w opisie można byłoby dodać trochę więcej wskazówek odnośnie samej lokalizacji (że to kompleks budynków połączonych jednym parkingiem podziemnym i do każdego z budynków prowadzi inne wyjście) bo sądzę że starsze osoby mógłby by mieć problem z odnalezieniem się. Ale koniec końców daliśmy radę :)

Es ist alles reibungslos abgelaufen und hat alles super geklappt beim Check in als auch beim Check out. Es war ein sehr

Super Lage in absoluter Strandnähe. Es war alles sehr sauber und ausreichend um mit 3 Kindern eine Woche Urlaub gemieden zu können.

Eigentlich gibt es nichts zu beanstanden, nur ein paar Anregung für Verbesserungen. Wie zb. eine modernere Kaffeemaschine, evtl. eine Waschmaschine und aufjedenfall ein Wäscheständer um die nassen Sachen vom Strand aufhängen zu können. Nur so als Anregung für die Zukunft. Uns hat es sehr gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen.

Miło spędzony czas podczas słonecznych dni

Apartament z dużym balkonem, łazienka z prysznicem i druga z samym WC. Z balkonu za drzewami minimalnie widać morze, blisko do morze zaledwie 3min. Okolica spokojna dobra dla starszych ludzi ale nie z dziećmi

Brak leżaków, parawanu. Daleko od centrum spacerkiem to ok 30min z dziećmi to trochę za daleko. Sklepy oddalone od obiektu ok 1,5km więc na większe zakupy to ciężko. Brak atrakcji na plażach dla dzieci wszystko znajduje się bliżej centrum czyli wejście na plażę B i C a tutaj jest dopiero wejście K.

Wir hatten App.118 /Nefryt und unsere Wohnung liegt genau über der Eingangstür des Gebäudes. Diese Tür schlägt dermaßen laut ins Schloß, das es eine wirkliche Belästigung darstellt. Vorrangig in den frühen und späten Stunden, wenn man im Bett liegt. An Schlaf ist dann nicht zu denken. Diese Tür sollte dringend anders eingestellt werden. Umliegende Wohnungen werden ebenfalls dieses Problem haben.

Bardzo ładny, odnowiony apartament. Wygodne łóżko, duży balkon. Czyściutko. Zamiast kluczy klawiatura do wpisywania kodu nad klamką. Bardzo fajne rozwiązanie. Parking w garażu podziemnym, możliwość zakwaterowania z psem.

Sehr schöner und günstiger Urlaub mit toller Lage.

Sehr schönes Apartment mit kleiner Küchenzeile und Balkon. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage genau da, wo der Eingang zum jeweiligen Haus ist. Durch den Fahrstuhl wird auch das Ein- und Ausziehen erleichtert. Im Zimmer ist alles da, was man benötigt. Nur kein Backofen.

Leider war der Spielplatz auf dem Gelände und das Volleyballfeld abgesperrt.

Bardzo, bardzo podstawowe wyposażenie kuchni. Za mało naczyń jak na większą liczbę osób w apartamencie. Jedna wielka patelnia, czy same malutkie noże, trochę utrudniły przygotowanie śniadania dla większej liczby osób. Dodatkowo apartament z dużą ilością kurzu i pajęczyny przy futrynie drzwi.

Diese Unterkunft hat uns gar nicht gefallen

Die Unterkunft war sehr schmutzig (Toilette,Teppich Bad). Toaster funktionierte nicht , Kühlschrank hat die Lebensmittel eingefroren Wasserdruck in der Dusche sehr gering. Wir waren sehr unzufrieden mit der Wohnung da es ja schon unserer vierter Aufenthalt war und wir anderen Standort gewöhnt sind.

Tolles Appartement, leider Mail Kontakt und Buchung sehr unübersichtlich.

Ausstattung und Lage waren sehr Gut, Appartement war sehr sauber, komfortabel und mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Parkplatz im Parkhaus gehörte zur Wohnung und mit unseren Hunden war alles in allem hervorragend.

Die Kosten für die Unterkunft wurden nach der Buchung noch einmal um knapp 340 Sloty erhöht, für die Vorbereitung des Appartements! Für mich unerklärlich, da ich in meiner Buchung eh schon die Reinigung mit bezahlt habe , nochmals für Vorbereitung..... Hm ansonsten die sehr vielen verschiedenen Mail s mit Extra kosten machen einen Urlaub echt anstrengend. Man sollte bei der Buchung einen Gesamtpreis bekommen und nicht viele Extra Mails mit etwaigen neuen Kosten.

Appartements etwas erneuern- wird dann sehr gut

Die Lage,ist das beste im misdroy. Personal sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Deshalb hat das negative wieder verdrängt.

Die Appartements sind schon etwa in die Jahre gekommen,und man macht nichts,Wände dreckig,Glühbirnen fehlen. Gardinen lassen sich nicht bewegen. Es sind keine großen Sachen würden aber den Aufenthalt netter machen.
