Location is absolutely central. The appartment was modern and clean. Kitchen equipmement very good, but toiletries only for 1 day (soap, toilet paper etc).

The appartment was marketed as "sea-view" but it was very difficult to see the sea acctually. Maybe obsolete listing, they are building a new buliding just in front (noisy!). Nevertheless shouldn´t be sold as a sea-view and it didn´t match the pictures. Reception open in limited hours. Curious that in order to check in for the keys to the reception you need a key to open the door, which you can get only at the reception itself. You can call a tel.no to a security but they are arogant. Generally information about checkin/out missing. Parking around quite expensive, but probably due to the central location.

Modern apartment with an awesome view.

From check-in to check-out, we were impressed. Pre-trip communications were great. Check-in was fast and friendly. The room was modern, roomy and clean. Bed was comfortable. Amenities in the apartment leave little to desire. The balcony was large and afforded a fantastic view of the Baltic Sea and the main promenade. The location is perfect as you are close to restaurants, shops and the beach. Even though there is some construction going on next door, we were not bothered by noise. It's really quiet in the evening, so there is nothing to spoil the view from the balcony with a nice glass of wine. We will return and can highly recommend this hotel.

Good stay at the baltic sea

The reception is only open from 08.00 to 04.00,afterwards you had to pick up the key from the security gard. Unfortunately, the man didn't speak a bit of English or German. At first we couldn't find the parking and our room and he was super annoyed that he had to help us to find the parking spot and the room. The parking didn't have any sign or lights, super hard to find. The room could have used a bit of a more comfortable touch.. Pictures or pillows. Location and room was great.

Mir ist schleierhaft woher diese hohe Bewertung bei Booking.com zustande kommt, da hat man sich sehr von blenden lassen,

Nähe zum Zentrum, dass man gefühlt allein im Hotel war, daher auch echt ruhig gewesen, fast voll ausgestattet Küchenzeile

Kein Spa/Wellness (4Sterne), Rezeptions MA nur in Englisch kommuniziert, kein Duschgel in der Dusche (ist ja nicht schlimm, aber dann muss man das beschrieben, dann nimmt man was mit, gibt ja Zabka), unerträglich Hitze im Zimmer und auf den Flur, trotz runter regeln am Thermostat kaum Abkühlung, Upgrade Seeblick bezahlt, seitlichen Seeblick bekommen, Kühlschrank echt nervig, Aggregat lief die ganze Nacht, Frühstücksraum sehr sehr frisch gewesen

Kurzurlaub

Wir waren zum ersten Mal in dem Hotel. Da wir nach 16 Uhr anreisten, waren unsere Unterlagen beim ansässigen Security Mann hinterlegt, mit dem wir englisch kommunizieren konnten. Unser Appartement befand in der dritten Etage, über Fahrstuhl erreichbar. Es war ein schönes Zimmer mit Balkon. Wir hatten Frühstück gebucht, das im Erdgeschoss, im hiesigen Restaurant, stattfand. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Das Frühstück war gut, aber nicht hervorragend. An einem sehr langsamen Kaffeeautomat konnte man ewig warten bis der Kaffee fertig war. Ein Bettbezug hatte Löcher. Von einem Nachttischschrank war die dortige Blende am Abfallen, weil sie nicht ordnungsgemäß montiert war. Der Zugang zur Duschkabine war sehr schmal.

Hübsches Hotel in guter Lage

Sehr gute Lage zum Centrum. Geräumiges Apartment und ansprechend eingerichtet mit umlaufenden Balkon. Die Tiefgarage ist gut durch einen Fahrstuhl gut erreichbar. Die Küchenausstattung ist ausreichend und ordentlich.

Das Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein. Die Wartezeiten am Kaffeeautomat sind unangemessen. Die Sauberkeit im Bad lässt zu Wünschen übrig. Ein No-Go ist der Urinstein im WC!

Herbst Urlaub

Wir haben spontan in eine höhere Etage umbuchen können, die blonde Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich. Die Lage des Hauses ist zumindest für den Herbst und für Urlauber mit Rollator sehr geeignet.

Das Frühstück war jeden Tag dasselbe. Ein bisschen Abwechslung wäre schön. Das Anstehen am Kaffeeautomaten war schon sehr nervig. Da müsste eine für die Gastronomie stehen und nicht für den Hausgebrauch.
