Definitely exceeded my expectations!

Almost everything was perfect. Not only did it exceed my expectations, but I was touched by the very thoughtful set of amenities including a toaster, coffee machine, and a high chair and dishes for babies among other things. We had everything we needed that we felt like staying at home.

Some instructions could be simply written in the room instead of having to make phone calls for. We had difficulties to find things such as WiFi password and a baby chair, where to take out the trash...etc. They could be also written in English.

Superb modern apartment, convenient location, free on-site parking, food shops nearby. Comfortable bed, exceptionally clean.

The touch controls of the electric hob were difficult to work & did not seem to respond sometimes. We found the rubbish/recycling confusing. We did not know if we were meant to empty the rubbish ourselves and, if so, where to take it. Also, as none of the instructions were in English & Google Translate did not help much, we did not understand the recycling. One big suggestion, please…….it would have been helpful to have had a map of the town in the apartment when we arrived as we felt “lost” whenever we went out.

Was nice, but was not happy about finding out the room was not part of the hotel.

We like the town in general. The room is clean and the key code was transmitted from booking.com's app and it was easy to use. The room was big and comfortable! We could even cook our own food when we wanted to.

Somehow I missed the part where it mentioned that the room does not belong to the hotel but that it's operated privately. We had to pay extra to use the pool and buffet breakfast. Perhaps it was my mistake or perhaps it is intended to make a pass so that it looks like it is part of the hotel...? Also, finding the room on the first day was also a little difficult. We asked the hotel staff, and she had to guess by looking at the picture... Perhaps a little map would do the trick?

Nice modern apartment but mixed feelings after having construction works across the street

The apartment is well equipped and nicely arranged with darkening curtains, nice lighting and modern furniture. The beds are comfy, windows are almost soundproof. The owner/manager gave us baby cot and baby chair, which was very thoughtful, I did not know that these were available. The owner/manager was nice and easy to reach, responded to all our questions very quickly. There is a nice big terrace, whichwe did notuse due to the construction workers staring fromthe building across the street. Although there were many guests, we did not hear them when spending time inside the apartment. We had a parking place in the outside parking house, which is very practical as all neighbouring streets are paid parking area. I guess if we would receive some sort of 'compensation' for the construction works in front of our windows (I.e. free access to facilities like pool or playground) then the overall impression would definitely be better.

I was very disappointed to discover that the 'view to the calm street' really means the view to the construction site. During the day it was loud and dusty as the construction workers worked on the same stock. In the evening we had to hear to loud music and other sounds from the 'Funpark' at the end of the street, which was open till 10.00 pm. It was also disappointing to discover that playgrounds and pools were for the guests of the Bell Mare Resort. This is a private apartment and we would have to pay extra for these facilities. There is only Nescafe Dolce Gusto coffe machine for special coffe cups, and no cups available in the apartment. I tried to buy these in neighbouring supermarkets, but couldn't find any. The WiFi is available in the apartment but it was very unstable and slow. The whole resort is a big complex, little greens lots of concrete... and lots of people.

Nice location very close to the beach. The apartment is very thought-through: the kitchen is well-equipped, custom furniture, everything is very clean.

This apartment is physically located in the Bel Mare hotel. But none of the services from Bel Mare are available for the resident: everything is coming with an additional price. When we stayed, we had to pay 13 EUR per hotel guest per day for the pool. The hotel parking is also not available, the provided one is located around 450 meters from the hotel. I think it is not all right. The parking location is relatively far from the apartment. A lot of construction is going on around the site.

Fantastycznie!

Nieskazitelnie czysto, piękne mieszkanie, pachnąca pościel. Na wyposażeniu tostery, ekspres do kawy, zmywarka, kuchenka mikrofalowa, telewizor, suszarka, żelazko... wszystko, czego potrzeba. Parking jest dodatkowym atutem. Do tego uroczy balkon i wygodna kanapa. Krótki spacerek do morza i centrum. Pobyt był wspaniały, dziękujemy!

Pobyt w tym apartamencie był absolutnie fantastyczny! Już od pierwszego kontaktu z gospodarzem wszystko przebiegało sprawnie i bardzo profesjonalnie — komunikacja była szybka, uprzejma i pomocna. Apartament zachwycił mnie swoją czystością – wszystko było idealnie przygotowane, pachnące i zadbane, co zrobiło bardzo dobre pierwsze wrażenie. Lokalizacja okazała się świetna – blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji, restauracji i komunikacji miejskiej, a jednocześnie w spokojnej okolicy, co zapewniało komfortowy wypoczynek. Sama jakość apartamentu przerosła moje oczekiwania – nowoczesne wyposażenie, wygodne łóżko, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia i dbałość o detale sprawiły, że czułem się jak w domu. Na ogromny plus zasługuje również stosunek jakości do ceny – za tę kwotę otrzymałem znacznie więcej, niż się spodziewałem. Z czystym sumieniem polecam to miejsce każdemu, kto szuka komfortowego i bezproblemowego noclegu. Na pewno tu wrócę przy kolejnej okazji!

Świetna lokalizacja, wszędzie blisko - obiekt nowy i zadbany. Miejsce parkingowe w cenie, znajdujące się w wielopoziomowym garażowcu tuż obok. Apartament nieskazitelnie czysty, bardzo dobrze wyposażony zarówno na krótszy, jak i dłuższy pobyt - łącznie z aneksem kuchennym. Stan rzeczywisty oddaje to, co pokazują zdjęcia, a to się chwali. Na plus na pewno klimatyzacja, chociaż akurat nasz apartament usytuowany był od strony wschodniej, więc słońce zaglądało nam w okna tylko z rana/do południa (dla niektórych może mieć to znaczenie). Całkiem przestronny balkon. Obiekt oferuje dostęp do licznych atrakcji - wszystkie można sprawdzić bezpośrednio na stronie obiektu, więc w razie niepogody nie trzeba szukać daleko, żeby się nie nudzić. Byliśmy naprawdę zadowoleni z pobytu - cena również adekwatna do tego, co zastaliśmy na miejscu. To bardziej informacja niż pozytywna/negatywna ocena: obiekt jest ogromny - to kilka budynków połączonych ze sobą łącznikami, z czego nie do końca zdawaliśmy sobie sprawę, dokonując rezerwacji. Dysponuje 3 tys. miejsc noclegowych, co jest szczególnie odczuwalne przy rotacji gości (trzeba np. odnieść do pokoju kartę garażową po opuszczeniu stanowiska w hali garażowej, a na ulicy nie ma zbyt dużo miejsca dla samochodów i zaczyna się robić "kocioł"). Jeśli ktoś szuka ciszy i spokoju, to przy licznej reprezentacji rodzin z dziećmi również może być o to ciężko. ;-)

Jest super, ale zawsze może być jeszcze lepiej. Lubimy, kiedy jest nie tylko ładnie, ale i praktycznie, stąd punkty, które sugerujemy do poprawy: - brak małego naściennego wieszaka na odzież wierzchnią (niewykorzystane miejsce jest zaraz za drzwiami wejściowymi do apartamentu) - brak małego wieszaka na ręcznik do rąk w łazience - zaraz przy lustrze/umywalce - nieco uciążliwa w użytkowaniu suszarka do włosów - kabel stosunkowo krótki i sztywny, a przycisk do suszenia trzeba trzymać cały czas - niedziałające światło pod szafkami kuchennymi (listwa LED?) - bardzo słabe światło sufitowe nad łóżkiem - przydałoby się nieco więcej klamerek - brak małego ociekacza do mokrych naczyń (nie zawsze wszystko ląduje w zmywarce) - urwana półka na drzwiach od lodówki - dziwny "zapach" z klimatyzacji po jej uruchomieniu, z kolei sam pokój dość mocno "perfumowany", co na niektórych może działać drażniąco, ale można się przyzwyczaić - nie do końca jasny system segregacji (5 kategorii, ale 3 kosze na śmieci?)

Ein toller Familienurlaub zum Wohlfühlen

Die Lage und Ausstattung der Wohnung war super und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war überragend. Als wir ein Problem hatten und diesen kontaktieren, reagierte er sofort und wir konnten es lösen. Wir fühlten uns da super aufgehoben und kommen auf jedenfall wieder. Auch die Lage der Wohnung war super, es war alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein hervorragender Urlaub für Familien:)

Die Matratze war etwas hart. Aber da hat jeder auch ein anderes empfinden, aber sonst konnte ich nicht finden, da alles super war.

Der Aufenthalt war insgesamt aber sehr angenehm, das Appartement sehr modern und sauber.

Das Angebot bei Booking.com war unter einer anderen Adresse angegeben. Die Email mit der richtigen Anschrift und den Türcodes kam zu spät am Anreisetag um 10.26 Uhr an. Auf Grund des weiten Anreiseweges haben wir diese vor unserer Abreise zu Hause nicht mehr empfangen. Es entstanden bei uns große Unsicherheiten. Vor Ort war kein direkter Ansprechpartner zu finden und es konnte niemand die genaue Anschrift benennen. Erst nach einem Telefonat mit dem dirketen Vermieter konnte das Rätsel mit einer SMS gelöst werden.
