Check out times with kids can be a bit crazy. We accidentally left with a key card in our luggage, and the hotel was kind to wait for it to be posted back to them.
We had a great stay overall and really enjoyed the location and facilities. However, our experience at the front desk was disappointing. The reception staff were unfriendly, and the manageress was quite cold, which made us feel unwelcome. As guests staying in an apartment within the hotel, we felt we were treated differently.
That said, we would choose to return, as the stay itself was good. We hope the hotel can improve its customer service, as better front desk hospitality would make the experience truly excellent for both apartment and hotel room customers.
