Great location, but they need to focus on better service and facilities

The location is excellent

The location of the breakfast room is terrible, it should be near the swimming pool. Not too clean, the staff is not super friendly

I love the location, mainly, and easy access to Beach.

They try to make the managing of the hotel easy for them, instead of pleasing the customers. For Example, they don't offer beach services and let you deal with the public vendors on beach who have a tendency to take advantage of you. They insist to maintain the Breakfast Zone behind the Parking when clearly the customers would prefer to have breakfast in the main area, near the swimming pool, it's totally possible with an Inside and Outside and so much more pleasant than this dark breakfast room where you feel like in a cafeteria ... The reception people and at the swimming pool are not very friendly... The bar at night was a bit sad and not well managed neither.

Very good

We opted for an upgrade to an ocean view room. This was the best decision. Waking up to see what the day on the beach would be like was a high light for me. I loved going to sleep w the sound of the waves, but my partner didn't, so this may be something to consider. Top location in front of the beach. The Salt grill restaurant and the all you can eat lunch that was part of our hotel was amazing!!

The worst part for me was the bathroom. Old fake flowers dotted with muold stain needs to go, and the water smelled weird. Nothing in particular that was bad about buffet breakfast, though if you wanted gluten free or dairy/lactose free alternatives, your options are limited. Basic breakfast restaurant vibe.

Hard to tell. The place could get an overall refresh to add little amenities that could make it even better like a better wi-fi access and better TVs.

Fantastic location. Breakfast good, not fantastic, but the coffee was terrible. The staff very supportive and ready to help anytime.

The overall facility is old and requires a lot of investment to renew and also for daily maintenance.

Locations is perfect, with a great view

Room conditions were not good. Our first room had a very strong unpleasant smell in the bathroom, I had to be moved to another room. Overall, some conservation issues. On weekends the common areas are very noisy, many families with screaming children. Not a good place if you want a peaceful setting to relax.

É nossa terceira vez na pousada. Adoramos a localização, o atendimento, a pousada é muito boa além de ter café da manhã e almoço incluídos.

Banheiro estava com um pequeno problema na descarga, mas nada que tenha atrapalhado.

O principal diferencial da pousada é, sem dúvida, a excelente localização e o serviço de meia pensão, que atendem bem às necessidades dos hóspedes. O deck é amplo e poderia ser um grande atrativo, porém falta controle na sua utilização. Com frequência, uma mesma família, às vezes com 2 ou até 4 pessoas, acaba ocupando e “reservando” vários lugares ao mesmo tempo, o que impede que todos os hóspedes consigam usufruir desse espaço de forma justa e organizada.

As instalações deixam a desejar. A cama é de baixa qualidade, com colchão já empenado, o que compromete bastante o conforto. Os travesseiros são ruins, assim como as roupas de cama e as toalhas, todas de qualidade inferior. Além disso, alguns itens do quarto, como a lixeira, passam um aspecto simples e pouco cuidado, dando uma impressão geral de pobreza nas instalações.

Ótima estadia na praia de Geribá

Pousada Pé na Areia e por isso mesmo mais cara do que deveria. Ótimo café da manhã, muitas opções. A fator meia pensão , almoço incluído até as 16:00, é um ótimo diferencial e conforto para os hóspedes aproveitarem mais a praia ou piscina até tarde sem preocupação com alimentação do dia. A estadia foi ótima e a Pousada é muito agradável. A praia é grande, larga e com algumas ondas, mas ótima para correr ou caminhar

Um pouco cara considerando e comparando estado pela idade, conforto e manutenção, mas o preço é ser "pé na areia". Alguns quartos precisam de manutenção, mas a equipe está constantemente trabalhando nisso.

Salís de la posada y tocas la arena, ambiente tranquilo, la ubicación de la pileta es como si estuviese en la playa. Excelente desayuno y ofrece almuerzo al que le pongo un 10, por su calidad y variedad. Personal muy dispuesto y atento a nuestras necesidades. La volveré a elegir!

Como en todo centro turístico de Brasil, deberían hablar español. Solo eso.
