A week of paradise!

Excellent pousada

We spent wonderful days in this pousada. It is well located, the staff is super nice, and it is 3 minute walk to Geribá beach. The best is the program for children.

Perfect place to enjoy Búzios with kids

Excellent location just a short walk to the beach. The food was delicious and all staff very friendly. My best regards to the recreation team as they keep my son entertained throughout our pleasant stay. Hope to come back again.

Great time with family

Facilities were great, very friendly staff, good options at restaurant, very well kept. Security was great too, I was at ease with my son running around as there was only one entry point that was staffed at all times. Kids area was nice, recreation staff were awesome.

There were no hooks in the bedroom /bathroom, nowhere to hang towels. We could have used a bedside table near the 2 single beds. Mattresses were quite firm.

Relaxing and fun family holiday as the Entertainment and play area for children was amazing, adults could sit and relax

The kids club and the girls working in it were amazing. There was activities every day starting at 10:00 with something different every hour until a film with popcorn in the cinema at 5:30. The girls had so much energy and were brilliant with the children. The complex has a brilliant layout, the bar/restaurant and play area is all beside the pool so not far to go to any place, play area for kids was excellent.

none. Would not be ideal Location if you wish to spend a lot of time in the main center of Buzios as it is a taxi ride away but excellent location and very short walk to Gerbia beach.

Not good value for money Too crowded and noisy, too much people and kids running around (and we also came with a kid) Not enough sun loungers in the pool Our room was too empty of furniture Breakfast a bit poor, terrible coffee The Geribá beach was just terrible, way too much people and commerce, not inviting at all The room could have complimentary water. The key to the room was really tiny, didn't feel safe It was very strange to give the guests at check in a pouch with all the remotes and air conditioning controller

Hermoso y amplio complejo, por momentos ruidoso y no permite relax

Excelente experiencia! Muy buenas instalaciones, limpieza y atención general del personal. Habitaciones cómodas, muy bueno el restaurante y el Kids Club. Desayuno bueno y con mucha variedad. Lugar ideal para familias con niños pequeños. Muy buena ubicación respecto a la playa y areas comerciales, pero lejos del centro.

Las piscinas no son tan grandes como parecen. Se llenan de gente y niños y no resultan tan cómodas ni disfrutables si buscas relajarte (hay un sector para mayores de 15 años pero es muy limitado y pequeño). Si bien es un complejo cómodo, quizá no es tan recomendable para adultos porque se pone MUY RUIDOSO e incómodo por momentos debido a la gran cantidad de grupos grandes con niños pequeños. Si buscas relax y tranquilidad, este NO es el lugar. Detalles a mejorar: Amenities de la habitación de mala calidad. Ducha sin antideslizante, peligro de caidas. Aire acondicionado ruidoso. TV de la habitación muy vieja, no smart, no permitia ver apps de streaming, solo cable. Sombrillas de cortesía en mal estado.

Quarto confortável, limpo, chuveiro bom, assim como as roupas de cama. Espaço maravilhoso para adultos e crianças. Localização ótima, muito perto da praia. Funcionários muito atenciosos e solicitos.

Muy acogedora, excelente atención, comida rica, las piscinas agradables, a dos caudras de playa geribá, a 10-15 minutos de otras playas y Rua Das Pedras donde está el centro y restaurant más variados.

No fue problema del hotel, en Brasil hay un tema con el agua y alguna preparación el último día hizo que volviéramos muy enfermas del estómago. Así es que todo cocido y con agua mineral!

Me encantó! Vuelvo el verano que viene!

Me gustó mucho el hotel en general. La ubicación es excelente. Los cuartos están re bien, son amplios te dan un tender para la ropa, teníamos un patio eso fue súper cómodo. Tenés reposera y sombrilla que podes llevar a la Playa. El personal es muy buena onda. El kids club es más chico que en las fotos pero está buenísimo y ha muchas actividades. Las chicas son muy divinas. El desayuno está bien y te regalan 4 tragos de cortesía que me pareció muy amable.

Me gustaría que las actividades que hay en el Kids Club sean más largas, (las más divertidas son entre las 12 y las 17) horario que por lo general yo no estaba en el hotel. Lo que menos me gustó es el restaurante la comida no estaba tan buena y no es barato.

Café da manha excelente, pratos a la carte muito bons. Sai so um dia pra jantar fora e me arrependi, comida com preço igual ou mais caro e muito pior. As criancas amaram a piscina, quartos confortaveis e espaçosos, oferta de cadeira de praia e barraca, proximidade com a praia, psicinas otimas, recreacao infantil excelente, funcionarios gentis e gerencia muito cordial e atenta. Garagem otima tambem. Nossa familia ficou em dois quatros e pedi pra sderem proximos e conseguiram nos atender mesmo na alta temporada, mostrando preocupacao com a satisfacao e conforto dos hospedes. Ofgerta de uma tolaha gratis por dia para piscina ou praia. Recreacao infantil nota 1.000. As tias sao MUITO gentis e acolhedoras.

So houve um momento ruim em relacao aos funcionarios que foi uma grosseria durante o cafe da manha. Falei com a gerente e imediatamente ela foi instruir a equipe e nos outros dias esse mesmo garçom nos tratou corretamente. Entao entendo que a conducao do caso foi excelente e que essas coisas podem acontecer. A limpeza dos quartos é feita muito tarde. Varias vezes chegavamos no quarto mais pro final da tarde e ainda estava para arrumar. Mas quando iamos ate a recepcao pedindo se podiam adiantar porque a gente queria usar o quarto, eles chamavam as camareiras e elas limpavam. Mas essa logistica podia ser melhor.

Pousada lindinha, acomodaçoes novas, recreação infantil.

Quarto espaçoso, todo reformado, cama confortável. A área de lazer é ótima e a recreação infantil foi o ponto alto. A música ambiente é de muito bom gosto, assim como a decoração. Piscina ótima e funcionários prestativos. Café preto livre o dia todo.

Pedimos limpeza no segundo dia, passamos o dia fora, mas o quarto não foi limpo e quando estávamos descansando do passeio apareceu alguém batendo na porta para limpar, já quase a noite. O quarto só tinha uma tomada. Pela manhã, fomos acordados todos os dias com crianças correndo no quarto de cima, e batidas de porta. Estava cheio e no café da manhã algumas mesas ficam sob um telhado de vidro onde bate sol e fica desconfortável. Alguns hóspedes sozinhos ou em casal pegavam mesas maiores e nossa família teve que se apertar em mesas para dois.

Tivemos uma boa estadia, curtimos bastante a praia e a pousada. O atendimento foi o ponto alto.

Quarto e banheiro amplos, arejados, claros e confortáveis. Cama fantástica! Garçons e atendimento no geral muito positivo: proativos, educados e extremamente solicitos. Café da manhã muito bom, tudo fresco e saboroso.

Área externa apesar de ter espaços bem definidos é um pouco “cheia”. Recreação apesar de solicita não é adequada para crianças de 12 a 16 anos. Seria importante ter um time de recreadores exclusivos com atividades que interessem esse público. Comidas do restaurante pouco saborosas.
