Amazing

Location is perfect quiet area. About 15 minutes walk to the center. The room was top class. The two pools, spa and jacuzzi were the best I have used. The breakfast was Michelin star. The food was the best I ever had in a hotel and the staff and chefs were so kind and nice. Seating. Ambience was calm and all the food was fresh. The pressed orange juice I never in my life tasted such a refreshing beverage. The cleanliness was high class.

I can't complain about anything. It was next level perfect.

Very much recommended

the stuff was great, specially Benicious in the reception. They were super helpful and friendly. Breakfast was huge and lot of variety. It’s until 11 so good time to rest. Two blocks away from main avenue where all the buses drive by to go to other beaches and downtown. We were there for New Year and they make complimentary food - “Picada”- for all the guests. Jacuzzi is very good and warm.

The hotel that has everything that you need

In that hotel I got everything that I needed. It is not super fancy for this area, but it has everything to make stay remarkable. It is located in a very good place - close to 2 beaches and close to very good restaurants. The reception was very good, including curtuasy tea and cake. Room was clean and equiped in everything that was needed. It was also nice pool and free parking.

The hotel have some years and not all things were fixed. The hairdryer did not work, air condition generator from neighboor room was very loud, the vault in the room was broken. However, all those small things did not destroy my good feeling about this hotel.

Great location close to the Porto da Barra. Good breakfast which was out early, this is important for me as I play golf early. Very friendly reception.

De uma forma geral, foi uma ótima estadia, minha família curtiu bastante.

Equipe muito atenciosa, nos ajudou muito com os passeios que fizemos. Bom café da manhã e ótima localização. O quarto é confortável, tem uma decoração rústica, lembrando um pouco um chalé, bastante simples. A piscina e o visual em volta me chamaram bastante a atenção positivamente. O café disponibilizado a tarde também foi um ponto bastante positivo.

Apesar de ser alta temporada, tivemos a impressão de que faltava mão de obra para o atendimento, pois as mesmas pessoas que nos atendiam na recepção, eram responsáveis por várias outras funções no interior da pousada, acarretando demoras nos atendimentos em algumas situações, inclusive de manutenção. Infelizmente o horário do café da manhã não ajuda quem sai para os passeios, pois se inicia as 08:00 e todos os passeios partem antes deste horário.

Tivemos problema com agua quente nos dois quartos na primeira noite e o colchão de casal de um dos quartos estava horrível. Mas graças ao gerente Rafael tudo foi solucionado no dia seguinte.
