    As this was a last minute booking I was surprised to find somewhere as good as this.

    We get the last corner room on the top floor. Staff are helpful & efficient. She assists us to bring our heavy bags up to our room after check-in and bring them down as well after we check-out. Bed side cabinets can be cleaner with dust and also broken shower tube. We informed hotel when we check-out. Lovely location with full seaview. We enjoy our breakfast and dinner in the restaurants with the views! We like the 20 mins coastal walk to the small coastal Charlestown from the hotel too.

    You could not wish for a better view from any hotel in the world, must be the best view in St Austell. The management and staff are very helpful and welcoming. Would come again for sure

    The only good thing about this hotel was the view. The room was a single and quite small, the mattress was rock solid.I kept banging my head in the bathroom. There was a strange odour in room that made me feel nauseous. The hotel was expensive for what you get and wellpast it sell-by date. Look elsewhere unless you want a seaview and are prepared to pay the
