Nice room, generous proportions
Assigned a wheelchair accessible room, with wet bathroom which I never like. Acceptable for one night though.

We really appreciated having a car park on site. The room facilities were like home from home and very much appreciated. The bed was very comfortable. Lastly and most importantly the staff were excellent. Very helpful at check in and out. We will certainly recommend The Park Hotel and return when in the area.
There was some noise from the outside pub diners, which is to be expected, but after they left it was a lovely, quiet location.

The room was fine. Reception staff were courteous and helpful.
Breakfast was poor and being charged for a second cup of tea. 1 teabag and a dash of milk ? Emails being ignored. We had to leave after one night. We understood we would have to pay for the second night under the T&Cs but in our haste I left my expensive silk pillowcase behind. I was promised it would be returned if I paid the postage but I haven’t heard anything since and my emails are being ignored . We stayed Thursday 10th September over 2 weeks ago.
