Staff super friendly
Maid or HK didn’t came for two days and I went diving but it was super noisy the room I got supposed to be the best one because of the upgrade but ended up asking for a room change

Staff were the nicest and so helpful. Loved the breakfast! Cleaning lady so sweet! Loved the big room w balcony.
NO hot water during the entire week! 😫WIFI never worked in my room. This I mentioned a few times.. Bed too soft.

The location was close to 5th Avenue! Staff housekeeping was very friendly and nice. Always will to help.
The hotel needs to be upkeep. One recommendation is to change the towels and sheets and buy new ones.
