Perfect location in Playa del Carmen. Rooms are big and swimming pool is nice. Also, having a private parking is really good.
Not much information from the reception as they don’t speak english.

The property was super clean and the staff were friendly. The pool was super clean and the water was perfect temperature to cool off on the hot days in the sun.
The property was very clean. The only issue that we had was the bed was hard rock and the air conditioner didn’t seem to work.

Good location, basic rooms with mostly what you need. The rooftop pool is lovely!
Underground parking is great if you can get it there aren’t many spots. Staff were really helpful have us a kettle for the room, which was their own kettle!!
The facilities are ok we were missing some basic things like a shower mat, and a kettle / coffee machine.
We stayed in the first floor facing a bar which was loud.
