Great location.

Room was ok, but the system to open and close the curtains did not work well. Only one bath towel provided (no hand towel or other) the first two days. Breakfast was very busy and the person in charge somewhat rude.

comfortable but unfriendly staff

the rooms are super comfortable, the location is hard to beat and all the rooms have a jacuzzi tub that does, in fact work. The TV's are huge and new. Free breakfast is well thought out and food is good.

Staff are NOT friendly. They're actually kind of snooty which kind of blows my mind like relax, this isn't the Ritz guys. I dropped off a shirt for laundry service and getting it back was a nightmare, only then to notice it was NOT my shirt, but someone else's. When I approached them about it at the front desk they acted like it was my problem. I've stayed 3 times and the staff at the front desk are always like that. If it weren't for the location and the amazing beds, I would stay somewhere else based on their service.

The A/C wasn’t working, it was so hot during our stay, we changed rooms three times but still too hot. We got a portable A/C unit provided by the hotel, but it was so loud and made all the floor wet. The mini refrigerator was missing in the last room we stayed at as well. Terrible facilities.

Its a very nice place, close to the WTC, close have super markets, restaurants, close to the airport and the downtown, room its ok, comfortable, descent TV, and good internet.

The breakfast start late, 6:30 AM, the bathroom door not close well, stay in different rooms with same problems, and the pay its much more expensive than fare show by Booking.com

Perfect for a few nights

Perfect stay for a short trip to Mexico City, in front of the Pepsi Center WTC. The room was very clean, comfy bed and the breakfast was delicious. The parking garage was pretty spacious too.

We liked the location.

One of the rooms-the double room - was not ready upon arrival. We arrived past 3:30. Front desk said they would call when the room was ready, they did not. We returned around 5:30 pm and the room was ready. The wifi was unavailable, we could not connect during our stay. It did not work.

For work its OK

Its a nice room, its not a new hotel, but facilities looks really good, the room its very comfortable, and have a tablet to handle lights, and air conditioner.

not have a breakfast included, and room gave not have external windows, and TV its to old, many have to review the screens TV, and not have conector for charge close to the bed.

Without the inconveniences I faced, it would've been 10/10.

The location is great since you can go to many places walking distance. Staff were friendly and helpful all the time, so that's another plus. The rooms and the hotel itself are decorated well and I liked that the room had a tub and a shower.

A lot of things relied on the "smart" tablet installed in the room and many times it was "offline" and we couldn't for example, turn on the AC. We also were relocated to another room because my original one had structural issues with the sink. Also, the key card got deactivated literally every day and we had to ask the front desk staff to activate it, which was pretty annoying as well.
