Disappointing

Very nice view from the room. The parking garage is very clean and tidy.

Mold around the pool and on the chairs. Changing rooms not cleaned, shampoo out. In the room, the curtains are broken, the plaster is falling off the wall.

Very nice

Very nice property, the employees are friendly and helpful. The evening meal impressed us a lot, there are many kinds of food for all tastes. Everything is fresh, and the trays with food are filled very often even until the end of the dinner.We like it here and we’ll definetly came back .

No coffee/tea option in the room Our room were looking out on outdoor sport area and the other windows looked into the untidy back yard. We expected views of nature. Evening buffet dishes were not marked/named.

Pleasant

Personal were friendly and answered all our questions about the surrounding region. Breakfast was really good with a variety of options. Check in and check out went very smoothly.

Very standard room, nothing special, very small bathroom (difficult for 2 people to be there at the same time). Double Bed was actually 2 single beds put next to each other, very uncomfortable for a couple. Mini bar was actually an empty fridge, not even water inside. We stayed for 2 nights, no one came to clean the room (one lady came 2 hours before our departure and offered to change the towels!!) Very strange for 4 stars Hotel.

not worth the money at all, just go somewhere else- i professional and dirty

the location was the only good thing

the staff was unprofessional, could not even speak fluent german and was rude on the phone. i ordered a lunch pack for 6am to eat before running the marathon- the lunch pack never came. The shower was dirty and had fungus and the bathroom was not properly cleaned. Breakfast was ok, but just overcrowded mass consumption of food. the wood on the balcony was rotten.

The front desk staff was friendly and communication was easy with her. the spa pool was fun for the kids, although outdated.

No towels in our room on arrival, one of our rooms was pretty outdated, wifi was spotty, and the water in the outdated room was lukewarm at best the first day of our trip.

Good sized spa and pool area and pretty deserted in the mornings despite the very large number of people at breakfast that morning . Good to have use of an outdoor pool .

Great night’s sleep; delightful staff; and relaxing aqua facilities

Extremely pleasant and service-minded staff. Large hotel with several facilities. We used the bar; restaurant (we arrived just as the kitchen was closing and still received great service by the manager and cook who came away from his work station to entertain the kids); swimming pools (luxuriously peaceful as most people were trekking I imagine); and convenient parking (possible to unload outside the main entrance). Important to have the right expectations: the hotel is not new so there are some signs of an older generation construction, but rooms are very spacious and beds are fantastic and firm. Views from the restaurant and hotel rooms are stunning.

Suggest to put a ramp over the indoor staircase (only a few stairs) so residents don’t have to carry heavy suitcases to get to the lift.

comfortable room, clean. great views from our bedroom window. friendly and competent staff. good breakfast. convenient location. nice swimming pool

sauna was unfortunately only half working…most cabins were cold, only 2 were functional during our stay. one of the 2 were the ‘Damensauna’ but were filled with men, so we ended up not using the sauna at all. one of the 2 bedrooms in our suite was forgotten (twice) during daily cleaning, which was an inconvenience, but the hotel is overall very clean

We where first offered a room at ground level with no view and a horrible smell like something died in a corner. We complained and where told that they could not upgrade us to a better room due to us having a small dog, our dog is tiny only 4kg and travels with us every where. We never had problems like this before even at 5* hotels. We where treated like second rate guests due to our pet. The complaint led to them giving us a different room but still reserved for guests with pets. The room was even worse than the first, the couch was literally black with dirt and the carpet covered in stains. We went back to complain and where given a third room, this room was still a bit dirty and smelled a bit but we where so tired at this point that we just agreed to it. In our booking we also had dinner included and surprise, surprise we got charged at dinner for all our drinks. A single glass of cola was almost 5 euro. Be prepared to pay for everything at this hotel, even the Sauna is on a timer where 20 min will cost you 18 Euro. We paid over 250 per night and we could of gotten the same quality of room at a 20 Euro a night No tell Motel. Don't go here if you have a pet, unless you like sleeping in a 🗑️.

The hotel has great potential, it needs better management

The Hotel facilities are great but it needs a much better management. Most of the facilities need some work,small details lack of attention to facilities. The food looks great but the taste is not where it should be, the food on the buffet is cold. The coffee is terrible. The hotel has great potential but it needs some serious management and training of the staff.

I like the facilities but they need to rethink the way they are used and offer to the guests. For example the Sauna is a great place but 80% you need a card and is not working? Why? The pool area great area but the hot tub is cold and the bubbles are not working, half of the lights on the ceiling work, the water attractions from the pool are off. The entry to the reception the signs are hard to understand where to go where to park. The reception does not have an inviting atmosphere, the couch are old in bad shape. The signs through out the hotel are crooked or broken. The staf at the restaurant not very friendly and it seems like they have no actual training. Not enough towels on the room. No towels for the
