Das Personal war immer freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr reichhaltig und lecker, vor allem das Brot war extrem lecker. Mir fehlte es an nichts. Das Abendbüffet war super, sogar mit veganen Gerichten. Der Ausblick vom Restaurant hat das Essen abgerundet.
Ein dickes Dankeschön für den liebevollen Empfang unseres Hundes. Der vorgeschlagene Spazierweg war perfekt für meine Morgenrunde!
Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!

Not good information about SPA . Additionally at the beginning the staff didn't give me a room key only a card. I
had to go to reception twice

Personal were friendly and answered all our questions about the surrounding region.
Breakfast was really good with a variety of options.
Check in and check out went very smoothly.
Very standard room, nothing special, very small bathroom (difficult for 2 people to be there at the same time).
Double Bed was actually 2 single beds put next to each other, very uncomfortable for a couple.
Mini bar was actually an empty fridge, not even water inside.
We stayed for 2 nights, no one came to clean the room (one lady came 2 hours before our departure and offered to change the towels!!) Very strange for 4 stars Hotel.
