Great experience

• The food was great and very tasty, with a nice variety. • We appreciated the focus on local products — it would be even better to advertise them more, as it really awakens interest to buy some of them at the local market. • The accommodation was spacious and comfortable.

• The service staff seemed unsure about their tasks and lacked knowledge about the hotel facilities and activities available in the region. This information is especially important for new visitors. • There is room for improvement in the overall quality of service at the hotel. • The staff also showed little knowledge of rental properties

Bad sleep due to poor beds, invoice inaccuracy at reception, good food in restaurant.

The food in the restaurant was good. Good cheese. The restaurant system is well organised. However the eldest of the lady waitresses is not friendly at all. l did not get her name though. We also liked the daily pamphlets which had weather information, suduko and daily trip suggestions etc. The location of the hotel is also good and the hotel is child friendly.

The main bed in the main bedroom was the worst bed ever. The bed was so squeaky and uncomfortable. We travelled with a baby and whenever we put the baby in the cotbed and tried to get back to sleep, no matter how much we tried to get into the bed quietly it made so much squeaky noises and the baby woke up. One of the days we even decided to put the mattresses on the floor so that we could get a better sleep.. We reported the issue, they tried fixing the bed by putting some patches of carpet, it got a bit better, but still the bed was noisy. We endured that for 13 nights. We made a booking via booking.com and made our payment for 13 nights, but the hotel went on to charge us again for the 13 nights, hence we were double charged. It’s now 3 days after we got in touch with the hotel but they still have not rectified the issue. So one has to keep an eye on invoices when checking out on reception to avoid double charges.

Great stay

Breakfast and dinners were very good each day. Staff friendly and efficient. Apartment was cleaned every day. We used the sofa bed which wasn't too bad compared to others we've had to endure. Bar was good value for money and the Bad Hindelang card which came with the reservation probably saved us about 100eur on activities. It was good there was an early sitting for family dinners.

We tried to rent the e trike but were told it's not kept charged despite being prominently displayed.

Hotel from the 60ties - needs a renovation

The rooms are from the 60ties. We stayed there just for one night as we were on a wedding next to the hotel. The facility is big, the restaurant seems newer but the rest is pretty old. They charged us 200€ a night! Probably to avoid short term stays but definitely no good price for value

Lack of hospitality

View from the suite was nice (if you ignore the parking). The suite was super old fashion compared to the website photos and was so overwhelmingly decorated with dozens of outdated art pieces

The receptionist took pleasure in kicking us out from the premises 3min after arrival because we did not have our test with us (we were vaccinated but had forgotten our passes). She did not offer to hold onto our suitcases, but instead she adopted an angry attitude and blamed us for not knowing the rules. This person should not work in hospitality in my opinion, as she doesn’t not seem to appreciate interacting with guests

Dass am Samstag Abend nur ein Barkeeper zuständig war und dieser völlig überfordert war und nach 45 min warten wir immer noch Nix zu trinken hatten ….gerade am Samstag Abend sollte schon mehr Personal eingeteilt sein, um den Schwung an Gästen zufrieden zu stellen

Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Sehr schön zum wandern, Wellness und genießen

Das Hotel besteht aus kleinen Appartements, die Privatpersonen gehören, welche vom Hotel vermietet werden. Unseres war sehr gut ausgestattet, eine kleine Küche mit 2 Herdplatten, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher. Duschbad mit Handtuchheizung. Es gab viele Schränke und Haken, um etwas aufzuhängen. Die öffentlichen Räume sind renoviert, das Restaurant sehr schön, das Essen meist vom Büffet, sehr lecker. Einmal gab es Menüwahl, welches besonders lecker und sehr schön dekoriert war. Schwimmbad mit Salzwasser ausreichend groß, mehrere Saunen, kleiner Ruheraum

Das Hotel ist groß (merkt man aber innen nicht) und von außen nicht sehr hübsch. Vielleicht wären ein paar Blumenkästen vor den Fenstern hübsch.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sauberer Wellnessbereich, sehr gute Küche. Und zu meinem Geburtstag gab es sogar einen kleinen Kuchen aufs Zimmer, wirklich sehr aufmerksam.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.Die Kellner sind sehr bemüht und aufmerksam.Das Frühstück und das Buffet am Abend waren sehr gut.Es war im ganzen Haus sehr sauber.Unsere Tochter mit Familie hatte ein Premium Appartement das sehr freundlich, zweckmäßig und modern eingerichtet war.

Wir haben ebenfalls ein Premium Appartement gebucht und haben gefühlt ein sehr ungemütliches,altes Appartement mit alten Möbeln bekommen.Es roch sehr modrig und alt.Wir hatten das Gefühl daß dort wenig investiert wurde..Auch eine Badewanne ist für ältere Personen nicht angebracht.Vielleicht werden gerade solche ältere Appartements besonders an ältere Gäste vergeben??

Personal an Rezeption unfreundlich, nicht geschult und unwissend. Hatte die Rechnung versucht nochmal zu stellen, obwohl schon bezahlt. Verschiedene Essenszeiten im Restaurant kenne ich nur aus Ostblockländer.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel für kurze und lange Aufenthalte.

Sehr schöne Lage des Hotels. Das Gebäude ist zwar schon etwas älter aber in einem Top-Zustand. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Saunabereich sehr schön und abwechslungsreich. Schwimmbad haben wir nicht genutzt, aber es hat ebenfalls sehr gepflegt ausgesehen. Restaurant mit Buffet sehr zu empfehlen. Alles in Allem ein sehr guter Kurzaufenthalt.

Hervorragendes Hotel sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen-das Apartment war 45 qm groß und die Räume gut geschnitten. Bei der Ausstattung fehlte es an nichts. Selbst an regnerischen Tagen konnte man sich gut im Hotel aufhalten, da das Angebot (Schwimmbad, Fitness usw. umfangreich war). Es war während unseres Aufenthaltes ausgebucht und doch lief alles reibungslos, alles ist sehr gut organisiert. Freundlichkeit und zufriedene Gäste wird hier groß geschrieben-das geht nur mit tollem Personal, so wie es dort war. Sehr gerne kommen wir wieder-danke für die schöne erholsame Zeit.
