Super Frühstück und Abendessen, mehr als genug vorhanden
Apartmentanlage, schöner Poolbereich, alles sauber, im Apartment war es sehr ruhig, Möbel zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber das Bad dafür top erneuert, auch die Möbel ausreichendund zweckmässig und alles sauber.
Bücher zum Lesen überall vorhanden, schöner Saunabereich, Massagen vor Ort möglich
Hindelang Plus Karte toll, damit kann man dort vor Ort mit dem Bus fahren und die Gondel usw nutzen, Bushaltestelle direkt vor der Tür, sowie 4 Ladesäulen für E-Autos
Wasser im Schwimmbad etwas zu kalt, aber dennoch schönes Bad

Das Hotel ist groß und etwas abseits gelegen. Das Frühstück ist gut, mit überschaubarer aber qualitativ ordentlicher Auswahl. Das Abendessen im Menümodus ist sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Ein Highlight ist auf jeden Fall der beheizte Indoorpool mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge.
Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und wirken trotz Renovierung eher altmodisch. Im Bad trat nachts unangenehmer Kanalisationsgeruch aus dem Abfluss. Der Reklamation wurde während des Aufenthalts leider nicht nachgegangen.

View from the suite was nice (if you ignore the parking). The suite was super old fashion compared to the website photos and was so overwhelmingly decorated with dozens of outdated art pieces
The receptionist took pleasure in kicking us out from the premises 3min after arrival because we did not have our test with us (we were vaccinated but had forgotten our passes). She did not offer to hold onto our suitcases, but instead she adopted an angry attitude and blamed us for not knowing the rules. This person should not work in hospitality in my opinion, as she doesn’t not seem to appreciate interacting with guests
