The staff were really good and downstairs area with restaurants nice which has had a refurb The location next to a giant lake and park was great for runners / walkers
It’s very dated in the rooms, really needs an upgrade. Also the pool outside is a bit lifeless - add a bar and offer food there and it wou be buzzing!

Location was OK, gym good but dated equipment.
It's no way near a 5 star hotel. The rooms are very dated, the AC was centrally controlled, so we weren't able to set the temperature to what we wanted. TV was manufactured in 2008! The rooms safe was too small - couldn't fit much more than our passports in there! Downstairs restaurant was average.
