The Hotel was near a construction project. We had to walk a little to get a grab or taxi but it wasn’t a problem for us at all. We to Highland Coffee shop to be picked up. It was raining a bit and the kind woman at the front desk gave us umbrellas to use. The hotel is on a dead end street, so no traffic noise in our area.
I have nothing bad to say.

Located outside the Old Quarter in a small alley within easy walking distance to Hanoi Station.
The young man at the front desk, worked hard to ensure guests we comfortable. Housekeeping paid attention to details.

The property was in a good location for what we needed and the staff we really nice and helpful
The pictures are clearly AI and the room we saw on booking.com was a massive over exaggeration of the room
