Comfortable room, awful food and drink.

The staff were friendly and helpful

The restaurant food and drink was awful: I ordered a fish parmentier on my first evening there, it was more like watery fish soup, and the salad was drenched in vinegarette. The merlot wine was undrinkable. The open buffet breakfast was very basic and the fruit salad was well over ripe.

Lorient was a good place to visit, but if I went again I would choose a hotel in a better position. The grumpy old man

Secure parking

On arrival an unhelpful staff member signed us in, but mixed up the room. The parking was difficult to find. Very limited choice of beer (1 out 4 choices), which was also expensive.

Kind staff Safe car park next door but have to pay and it's quite a walk

Corridors smelt of smoke Very noisy with drunkards outside So hot no Aircon so windows open which meant more street noise Tiny bathroom hard to manoeuvre if on larger side Twin beds were put together with one set of mutual sheets which is not twin beds. But staff friendly especially the lady in morning who tried to get me refund because I paid for breakfast but didn't have it I never got the refund tho.

Ne réitérera pas mon séjour dans cet hôtel.

La propreté

Le centre ville de Lorient où est situé l’hôtel est malfamé : des SDF, des bandes qui sont hostiles : un climat d’insécurité. L’hôtel n’a pas de parking : obligé de payer un parking souterrain à 8€ par jour de 16h à 07h le lendemain. Une fois après 21h j’ai dû attendre 10 mn dehors car les portes etaient fermées, la personne à l’accueil s’était absentée et le téléphone sonnait dans le vide.

Chambre extrêmement petite, salle de bain pas net . Et je séjourne au moins deux nuits par semaine à l’hôtel et très souvent chez Ibis
