Central location to get to a lot of nice villages and harbours.

I liked the enclosed garden and the parking space allocated in front of the unit. We liked the spacious bedrooms and access to a good oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine, fridge and freezer. We liked the good amount of cupboard space in the rooms and good quality towels provided.

The house wasn't very clean, I had to pull so much hair from the bath plug to shower, it was gross. When I vacuumed the house before we left so much hair that did not belong to us was pulled up clearly not vacuumed before we stayed there. A lot of the cutlery was also left dirty in the drawers. Some left over food was found in the freezer and the bin had a clean bag put inside a dirty bin. The photos made the units look nicer, but it is very weathered and in need of a refresh. There was no shop in the holiday park, there is a Nisa sign, but no shop, must be an old sign.

Perfect stay and location

The location was perfect and such a nice place. Great for us as a family of 4 with dog.

Shower needs to be more powerful. Was very dusty in lounge area after my daughter dropped a toy not sure cleaner has been behind sofa in months.

Lovely house, easy to find. Was warm and comfortable.

Crockery and cutlery was quite dirty. Had to do a full wash of everything as we arrived. Not something you want to do as you arrive on your holiday.

it was ok but no hot water when we wanted it

The property was very clean

There was no hot water to have a bath when we came home in the afternoon and my daughter scalded herself in the shower and no instructions on how to use the hot water. we contacted the staff but they never got back to us. ALL HAPPENED FROM CHRISTMAS DAY.

Lovely place, very comfortable and well equipped. Beds and pillows very comfy. Good location for visiting the area.

Could have done with more thorough basic cleaning. Dining table sticky and not wiped, thick dust on bedside tables and lights. Couldn't get the bathroom towel heater to work.

It was very clean and tidy. Spacious rooms. Not cluttered. Lovely and warm with the heating. Comfortable beds. Kitchen well equipped. Easy parking outside the property. Helpful to have a non slip bath mat and high chair in the property. 13 minute drive to padstow so in a great location.

Items in the property tired. For example the side of the bath was rusty with small holes. The dining chair legs were wobbly. One of the kitchen kick boards kept falling over. Would have been helpful to have a baby gate at the top of the stairs.

Felt warm and cosy, like coming home after a busy day sightseeing!

Property had everything you needed in the kitchen, knives, scissors, a microwave, dishwasher, dishwasher tabs, clean dishcloths and tea-towels, an excellent toaster, fridge and freezer, oven etc. It was in a very quiet location with our own parking space right in front of it. Lots of hot water and a comfy sofa.

Pillows were horrible! Really big and hard. Could have been a deal breaker but luckily I take my pillow away with me when I travel, but my companion struggled to get hers to feel comfortable the whole time. Fridge and freezer made a really loud noise running noise all the time (think maybe because the freezer was empty it works overtime to keep itself frozen!) - not enough to keep you awake but you could hear a gentle throb from them all night! Tub chairs seem to have 0 cushioning in the cushions as if you sat on them for more than 15 minutes you bum was numb!

Loved the area and enjoyed having a convenient base for our 5 day stay

Beds were comfortable; facilities were good, and the 2 toilets were a bonus

The maintenance was a little lacking, with mould on some of the windows Cleanliness was lacking also; at the entrance; the oven and fridge not clean, and there was even some dried egg on one of the frying pans.

Looked run down from the minute we arrived even at the entrance to the site - got to the villas looked nothing like the pics advertised - very worn and dirty from the outside - was told they had been newly refurbished when paid which wasn’t true - wasn’t clean inside I had to hoover it - female sanitary items found in garden by my toddler - no shop on site when stated it had one - the shop had been turned into an arcade but still had items of food on shelves behind the machines - nothing worked took my children’s money - didn’t see one member of staff ! I could go on forever the pictures advertised are false and definately from when them villas were first built years ago.

Very pleasant few days away.

Liked the small arrangement of the villas. Well equipped for self catering.

Double bed very comfortable but low. Wooden surround caused many bruises! No mirror in second bedroom, no instructions for unfamiliar cooker . Outside needed a bit of tlc, dirt and leaves inside front door. Stairs a bit tricky without left handrail on the way up.

Baby bed was missing .

I have mentioned that there is gonna be 6 adult and total 4 kids . 1 kid under 1 year . So there is suppose to cod bed . So we was total 10 guest but each villa had one small double bed and 2 single bed . So it was for 4 person . In 2 villas for 8 person bed . But we was 10 person total . There was no basic things in the property such salt, papper, sugar ,extra rubbish bag ,

A great property, within a good range of towns, & lovely beaches for swimming and wonderful walks.

Very well appointed villa, with everything you needed to make the stay enjoyable. Plenty of room for a family and any dogs staying on the properties were well catered for with an excellent exercise field, which was regularly mowed, so even wet weather wouldn't have been a problem.

Unfortunately, if you have to use the bed settee the sprung mattresses could do with updating and were uncomfortable, especially for the mature visitor (aka Grand parents!). As a relaxing sofa it was lovely!

Fantastic villas, perfect for families and in a brilliant location for beaches and Padstow.

Everything was spotlessly clean, we had 2 villas next door to each other (requested this specifically and they made sure it happened) which worked perfectly for our families with the garden and connecting gate. Parking was very easy with plenty of space for all our cars. Lovely spacious rooms and everything you need for a toddler provided (cot, highchair).

Great base for a short stay, but a little out of the way.

Property had everything we needed for our stay. The bedrooms were very comfy. There was an issue with the lights which was dealt with very quickly by the staff.

There was nothing within walking distance apart from the local bar/restaurant, so you would need to drive to get anywhere. A lot of the roads are single track, so you may need to go a slightly longer route to get places but it didn’t take long.

Clean but very tired looking property with a broken double bed :(

It was clean, however the property looked tired. The outdoor door handles had mould on them and the floor creaked e everywhere.

The bed slats kept coming off in the middle of the night which disturbed our sleep. This was a big thing for us as we had very poor sleep

Park was run down, convenience store closed down and on site facilities very chavvy. The house itself is lovely but it's in a really average camping site so felt it was misleading from the photographs

We really enjoyed our stay beds VERY comfortable good bathroom and loo

It’s a great house cleaning was basic had to clean out some cupboards and crumbs under fridge and freezer.It wasn’t awful but not spotless .Upstairs was absolutely lovely .Downstairs could have had the skirting boards and cupboards cleaned .Perhaps better mops old fashioned mops used more modern and better available.

A good base to get out and about !!

The size of the property was perfect for a couple of days , having a garden and driveway was great

The furniture stank of urine , the overwhelming smell of bleach that lasted the 3 days we were there was awful, the carpets were filthy and the whole place needs a good clean .
