The property was spacious, well maintained and exceptionally clean. The property was comfortable with well maintained furniture and furnishings. We had a car parking space immediately adjacent to the property. The property’s photos are accurately reflect the property. Communication with the property was exceptional and detailed.

Perfect for family but requires more cleaning

The property was just perfect for my family, we are a family of 5. We enjoy our stay here,staffs where friendly however the shower rooms needs thorough cleaning,we were welcome by flies. I think someone left the door open before us because there was just lots of flies around. Other than that the property,staffs and locations is perfect. It close to Tesco and Padstow town centre, even close to the beach’s

A great holiday experience.

Everything about the lodge and site was fantastic. The secret garden was lovely for a chilled out drink or bite to eat on an evening. A great base for exploring the area, we will return 😊

Fabulous

Very spacious clean and tidy

One small hiccup on our first day with a broken sink we reported it and the following morning was advised by a member of staff that could perhaps benefit from a Customer Service Course - the matter wouldn’t be resolved that day and to use the other sink - thankfully matter was resolved on the day 👍 everything else was abs perfect and would definitely recommend - in fact we already have to friends - would def return.

A comfortable place to stay offering a great base for being able to walk to Padstow and beyond.

The location and the site were perfect for walking into Padstow. The home had everything we needed and was great to be able to bring our dog easily. And with 2 bathrooms was a godsend with 2 teenage girls :)

Some of the glasses were a little cheap / thin and already chipped when we arrived but that's really minimal - everything else felt like a perfect few nights away.

The property was very nice. It had everything you needed and was so comfortable that you really relax while away. Can park right outside and communication with directions made it so easy to locate. Really enjoyed the stay and will be back.

The toilet door couldn’t be opened from inside the toilet. The walk in to Padstow is not accessible with a pushchair due to the conditions of the field.

Fab Easter break

Children's room was the biggest I've ever seen in a caravan, perfect for 2 teenagers. Lovely little extras like tea, coffee, milk, squash and biscuits. Fab large dressing area. Excellent showers. Just overall a beautiful caravan in a wonderful location.

Nice place but hiding a lot of maintenance issues. Also a real problem if you need to contact the owner.

The property looked amazing and was clean.

There were several issues with the property including both showers blocked and one basin leaking and a bathroom door lock that would not open from the inside. we could not use the showers and the staff on site, although very helpful, could not fix the issue without the authority of the owner. the owner was not answering the phone! This was extremely stressful as we were attending a family wedding and could not get ready. we could not find the info folder (3 of us were looking for it)

Home from home in the beautiful Cornish countryside

Beautifully decorated. Very well stocked with kitchen utensils etc. Nice touch with milk provided on arrival. Quiet location with beautiful countryside surrounding it. We didn't manage the walk into Padstow as we had a toddler in tow, but I was informed it takes around 25 mins.

Bit of dust under the beds on light fittings etc, nothing terrible. Would be nice to provide some tea towels, they did advise bringing some but I don't like taking dirty teatowels home in my suitcase.

2 showers/toilets, comfortable beds and pillows. kitchen equipment was very good. milk in the fridge when we arrived. deck area with furniture a very nice place to relax. site very friendly.

not easy to find, satnav guides to the football club. couldnt get grill to work. minor things really. had to take up the lounge rug as a trip hazard.
