Staff were amazing, cept maybe security guard who dropped my bag in the room and didnt close the door when he left... Restaurant staff the best.
maintenance guy was good too... fixed up my air conditioner quick smart.
The shower didnt hold a constant temp... and when it got hot is was boiling and unsafe especially if there was small children. cold hot cold hot... it was terrible

Location good, room good.
Overall Ok but staff is not cooperative. I had no water in the room and asked for it but some guy at reception refused that water finished and they will give only in morning. It was very rude tone and very hostile behaviour. Arranged our own water for the night. Pool always very busy, difficult to find sunbed.

It's the third time we stayed at Nipa, and as always, everything was perfect. The staff was more than willing to help and solve any minor problems.

Good staff nice bed room cleaned very well good wi fi nice towels
Noise most nights from people and kids shouting in the rooms and after 9pm in the pool when they should not be in it
Many people complained
I had to go and ask staff to get them out of pool
Kids also allowed to kick football across the pool
So i went to swim in the sea everyday
