Over all good. But the room was long distance from hotel lobby. Also walk was very old type tiles. Need to renovate, otherwise room inside is good and value for money.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The actual room condition, cleanliness, location and overall experience were completely different from what was advertised on Agoda. I honestly feel that I wasted my money staying at this hotel. **1. Dirty Room and Poor Cleanliness** The floor tiles were dirty and did not appear to have been properly cleaned. The overall cleanliness of the room was far below my expectations. **2. Extremely Poor Soundproofing** The room had very poor soundproofing. We could clearly hear noise from outside the room as well as conversations and sounds from neighbouring rooms. As a result, my mother was unable to get a proper night's sleep, making our stay extremely uncomfortable. **3. Air Conditioning Caused Water to Accumulate on the Floor** One of the most concerning issues was that the floor became extremely wet whenever we switched on the air conditioning. Water accumulated across the floor, creating a serious slipping hazard. We had to walk very carefully to avoid falling. Even the floor towels provided by the hotel were insufficient to absorb the excessive water. When I raised this issue with the hotel manager, the response suggested that this was an already-known problem. The manager explained that it could happen when the room windows were opened, even though we had not opened the windows. Only then was a room change offered, which was far too late to make our experience satisfactory. **4. Inconvenient Room Location and Safety Concerns** Our room was located in a separate, later-built section rather than the hotel's main building. Accessing the room required walking uphill beside the hotel, taking a lift and then walking a considerable distance before reaching the room. This was inconvenient, particularly when travelling with my mother. Additionally, the surrounding area had host bars near the hotel entrance, which made us feel uncomfortable about the safety of the surroundings at night. **5. Had to Leave One Night Early** We originally planned to stay for two nights, but due to these unacceptable conditions, we had no choice but to leave after just one night and move to another hotel. This caused unnecessary inconvenience, additional expenses and considerable disappointment during our holiday. **Overall Experience** The actual room condition, cleanliness, location and experience were completely inconsistent with the impression created by the photos and reviews on Agoda. The dirty floors, excessive water on the floor, poor soundproofing and inconvenient room location made this stay unacceptable. I strongly regret choosing this hotel. Based on my personal experience, I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable and safe place to stay, especially families travelling with elderly parents. Please look carefully at recent reviews and actual room conditions before making a booking.
