The hotel located at very strategic area very near to shopping center, Bangla road and 5 minutes walk to Patong beach. The owner is very nice and friendly.

Location was good. According to hotel authority, they gave me a room upgradation without an upcharge.
The elevator is very old and only had a capacity of two people together. Elevator really need to be upgraded. Also there was no intercom system. You have to whatsapp the reception whenever you need anything which was quite a new thing for me actually. I booked a standard twin room. But even after upgradation hadn't got any balcony with the room.
