Clean & location
The hotel was generally good, but I was disappointed with the receptionist’s behavior. He charged me around 1,000 Baht for a stained bedsheet, which I believe was unreasonable and unacceptable. His attitude was unprofessional and the way he handled the situation was poor. This negatively affected my overall experience.

stayed at Good Nice Hotel, Patong, and had a very pleasant experience. The rooms are perfect they are neat, clean, and well maintained. The washrooms are also clean and in good condition. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The lady at the reception is especially kind and welcoming, always keeping a warm smile. Overall, a great stay and good value for money.

Ambience
I got robbed . Forgot some stuff in the locker while checking out. Returned back after an hour to the staff saying "you go file police complaint we can't do anything."
