    When I checked in the hotel, they informed me that I could park my car at the lobby but the next day, the security stopped me and told me that I should park at the entrance of the hotel and call for pick up truck to pick me and my family up instead. The following day, another staff told me that I can park the car at the hotel lobby for the night. This was inconsistent and tried to explain to the security that they allowed me to park at the lobby but he insisted that I cannot park at the lobby. My room scanner was also spoiled during one of the night and we just came back from outside all feeling very tired but the hotel staff took their own sweet time rectifying the issue and we had to stand and wait outside the room for about 30 mins. Can you imagine? After a long day we had to wait for very long. A staff came and she said she needed more time to fix the door by calling her other colleagues and suggested that I stay in the other room that I booked while waiting for the room. But question is, why does it matter if I booked another room? Am I obligated to wait at the other room? The booking of another room is none of the staff concern, it was an independent booking and not related to the room I'm staying in. They asked me to wait at the other room like as if I am staying in the other room. The bathtub tap is also inconsistent. It was hot most of the time, although I set it a cold temperature. Hotel staff came and fix the issue and subsequently, the same problem occurs again. It was beyond hope and I don't even bother calling them again. They were also rude when I called them.

    One of the best hotels I've ever stayed. The staff was amazing and the hotel was so beautiful it's absolutely breathtaking ❤️. The breakfast was amazing I wish I was there longer.

    A very nice hotel overall, with large and spacious rooms and a beautiful pool with a great view. However, the service does not meet the standard expected from a 5-star hotel. Throughout my entire stay, I had to repeatedly ask and almost beg for towels. After the room was cleaned, no towels were left at all. At one point, I was in the middle of a shower and had to wait 20 minutes because, according to the staff member, “there were no towels available.” I was given pool towels instead, and there were no face towels provided. Even when towels were eventually brought, the quantity was not sufficient. I requested four towels and received only two. I asked for the rest, but the staff member left and never came back. I also approached the reception desk, but unfortunately they were unable to assist or resolve the issue. The breakfast was very disappointing and quite limited. The staff at the omelette station also had difficulty communicating in English, which made the experience less convenient. Overall, the stay was pleasant in terms of the hotel itself, the rooms, and the view, but the service quality was far below what I would expect from a 5-star property. Unfortunately, I would not return and would not recommend this hotel to others.
