I had an absolutely wonderful stay and was genuinely impressed by the overall experience. The villa was beautiful, comfortable, and offered a private pool with an incredible panoramic view of the sea and surrounding mountains. Waking up to this view every morning was definitely one of the highlights of the stay. A special mention goes to Shiro, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. I had requested a villa with a better view, and Shiro kindly listened to my request and arranged a room with a much more beautiful and impressive view, which made my stay even more memorable. The service throughout the resort was excellent. The staff were consistently friendly, professional, and very quick to respond to any request. I especially appreciated the 24-hour golf cart service, which made getting around the resort extremely convenient. The response time was always fast, whether travelling between the villa and the main lobby or anywhere else within the property. The food was another highlight. There was a great variety of choices on the menu, and everything I tried was delicious and well presented. I also loved the option of having breakfast served on the private pool, which was such a relaxing and memorable experience. Overall, this was a beautiful and relaxing stay with spectacular views, excellent service, delicious food, and great attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to couples looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway in Phuket. A special thank you to Shiro and the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. 🌴✨

I booked and fully paid for a Panoramic pool access Sea View room because I was traveling with my wife, two children, and an infant. However, upon arrival at Crest Resort & Pool Villas, the hotel failed to provide the room that I had booked and paid for. Instead, I was given a standard room with no panoramic view and no pool access .

The room was spacious, clean, and offered a pleasant view, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. Breakfast was enjoyable and the staff were friendly and attentive, enhancing the overall experience. Facilities were well-maintained and added convenience, though transportation options were limited, which made getting around a bit challenging.

The view was beautiful and definitely the best part of the stay. However, the hotel was not very clean, and the bed was uncomfortable. I informed the staff that the bed was causing me back pain, and the staff ( Pay fon )was helpful and kindly added a mattress topper to make it more comfortable. I appreciated her effort and assistance. Unfortunately, the breakfast was also not very tasty, and the food quality could be improved. Overall, the view was great, and the staff member was helpful, but the cleanliness, bed comfort, and breakfast need improvement.
