It has all the amenities for self-catering.
This place had everything but the set up of the Atrium was odd - a balcony with no fresh air. It had an eerie vibe. I'm afraid despite everything provided being good, it wasn't a comfortable stay for this reason.

Good location, just get the lift down across the road at the James Cook to Lambton Quay, great value for money, we had a room facing out to road, there was abit of road noise but nothing that disturbed us, big room with a kitchen, lounge and separate bedroom, clean and comfortable beds

Room and bedding was okay, loved the verandah option.
The TV was on the wall on the left hand side of the bed. We started getting sore necks from having to face the left side in order to watch the television. The shower cubicle was too small.
