    Complicated parking if you’re new to the area! You collect keys waiting on a 10 min bay outside…we paid as we weren’t sure how long it would take and there are traffic wardens there so be careful!! nice size room. The washing machine/dryer is old, so not very efficient. Dryer can o my handle a half load and even after 3 hours your clothes aren’t dry. Newer machines would safe the accommodation a lot of electricity! staff are very helpful! Ring and ask them anything you need! balconies looking into the main road or carpark but youre in a good location to walk to things! vertu coffee machine was a delight, ask for more pods! We made the mistake of thinking we only had 1 laundry sachet and had to pay for others…if you ring and ask they should sort you out without having to pay

    Our stay at Quest was great, the staff member I met on check in was very informative and provided helpful instructions on parking in the basement carpark for the night. Our room was warm and quiet, had everything we needed and the bed was really comfortable

    Great stay, room was clean and tidy. Really liked the fact that it had the fridge, stove if one wanted to cook their own meals. Came back after a long day to a freshly made bed which was great.

    Despite some positives it was overall a little disappointing. There is obviously longer term tenants in residence so it felt very lived in with old noodle bowls left in the corridor. The room I had was small and a bit tired with more than general wear and tear. Apparent.The compendium was out of date. For example you can no longer use the gym downstairs as directed in the book. Arrival staff was lovely and the location very good.
