Very clean and lovely hotel room
Came from work went straight to the bar to take a cold drink up with me. Both bar lady’s looked at me and said are you staying at the hotel. I was like yes. She then said what room number are you like she didn’t believe me. Can I just buy a drink and go to my room. Had to show her my room card I was very confused. Why else would I be at the bar ?

We have never slept in such a comfortable bed , everything from the mattress, pillows and duvet were like sleeping on a cloud
Had a pizza which was excellent
We had our 20 month old granddaughter with us and the lovely lady on reception gave her a little gift on behalf of the hotel
There was absolutely nothing we didn’t like and can’t wait to go back and explore the area more as we didn’t realise it was such close to Richmond upon Thames

Modern clean and convenient
£15 a day surcharge to park at the hotel I’d booked
Bar staff handing you a can of zero percent Guinness,asking if you want a glass and pouring it myself only to be charged service charge. This was on every drink without being given an option and clearly a scam the bar staff are pulling . If you hand me a Guinness in an unopened can then a larger glass I’m not paying service charge to pour it myself
