The room was beautiful and every detail had been considered to make the stay comfortable.
It did feel very much like a bedroom in somebody’s house but a really lovely one!
Parking is round the corner in a public car park which was fine but you have to be mindful of the time to refresh the parking cost.

This is the second time I have stayed at April house. Its a great place to stay and very comfortable with everything you need. The train station is nearby so good for getting into London. Shops and restaurants are plenty full so also great for eating out.
Its a pity the parking is round the corner otherwise its just perfect

Nicely presented room, provided everything we needed.
We were not told the windows in the room looked out onto a solid brick wall - the side wall of the neighbour’s house, only a foot from the property. I would not have booked the room had I known this and certainly don’t feel it warrants a £125 per night charge. Also, the washbasin in the ensuite is a small cloakroom size so hard to wash your face. Make sure you don’t book the JUNE room. I’m sure the May and July rooms would be much better.
