Enjoyed our stay and would recommend it to friend if they ever travel to Tlalnepantla.

It was decent. Would not do it again.

Housekeeping was a great staff. They always offered to help. Main desk- not very helpful. One evening I called down for more toilet paper. Never got paper. At check in I had inquired about getting a vehicle to take us out to the pyramids. When I re checked to have it scheduled …it was going to be triple the costs and I would not be guaranteed a ride back to the hotel.

My stay was what I needed it to be. A fun and pleasurable vacation

It's beautiful. Our room was cleaned daily with fresh towels and bedding. Every day. The location was great. There's a mall and movie theater across the street. 3 mins walk literally. It was safe. The staff were amazing and helpful. My room was comfortable. There was heat/ac unit, a bit noisy but that helped me sleep lol.

Breakfast was a buffet with a lot of option but I only used it twice during my 7days trip. The food lack flavor, seasoning. It was bland. The bar was a bit noisy a couple of times at night. The food was tasteless. This is the only issue I had everything else was perfect.

Great location for airport transportation and visiting customer. Very clean.

The faucet splash out the basin due to improper installation of spray nozzle. I understand it saves water but splashing around isn’t the original intention. The air condition is too noisy, even at low speed.

Nice but we did not get what we ordered.

Breakfas was very good when we got it. The service on the buffet was slow; it took to long to replace trays that were empty. I went to the order your own breakfast window and the food was good, but it also took to long; the 1 cook was overwhelmed with orders; needed another person taking orders and prepping while one cooked. The space for thsi cook to order was very small.

We ordered a room with a jacuzzi and did not get one when we arrived. The room was clean and nice, but we really wanted the jacuzzi. They offered us 2 drinks, and after some negotiation, they gave us a partial dinner in stead of the drinks. I thought they could have done more. In addition there was no elevator from the parking area under the hotel to the reception area; we had to carry our bags up the stairs.

Beautiful business friendly hotel with a running track inside

Being able to book the room via booking app, the hotel is beautiful and makes my business trip more friendly, specially with a nice gym and the running track was a very great plus

good environment and clean room. Pillow and bed are very nice. Free parking are good for guests and have a good Mexican food restaurant near hotel.

AC are old and noisy. No bath gel and only shampoo and soap.

Las instalaciones en general y el gimnasio

Cuando llegué al hotel me informaron que no podia hacer el checking debido a que el hotel no habia recibido el pago del servicio de alojamiento. Yo mostré registro de los pagos realizados a Booking y las fechas en que habian sido realizados. La persona del hotel me pedia que yo hablara con booking para el tema del pago y yo le manifesté que ese era un tema entre el hotel y booking; finalmente me permitieron hacer el checking. Por otro lado cada habitación cuenta con una cafetera, el primer día quise preparme un café y la cafetera no funcionó, trajeron una de remplazo y tampoco funcionó, finalmente colocaron una cafetera en buen estado.

Wir werden das Hotel nie wieder nutzen !

Fazit zu unserem Gesamturteil: Wir haben eine vom Hotel angebotene Leistung bei booking.com gebucht und das Hotel hat sich nicht an das Angebot und die Buchungsbestätigung gehalten: Wir haben in der Suchmaske bei booking.com für 2 Erwachsenen und 1 zwöljähriges Kind eine Unterkunft inklusive Frühstück gesucht. Das Angebot von Crowne Plaza Tlalnepantla Nord Hotel versprach einen Hotel-Zimmer-Aufenthalt inklusive Frühstück für alle 3 Personen für den angegebenen Gesamtpreis. Deshalb haben wir das Angebot angenommen. Die angebotenen Leistungen wurden in der Buchungsbestätigung von booking.com dokumentiert. Als wir jedoch im Hotel eingetroffen sind, wurde vom Hotel eingefordert, dass wir das Frühstück für unseren 12jährigen Sohn jeden Tag selbst bezahlen, da angeblich nur das Frühstück für 2 Erwachsene inklusive sei. Zudem erhielten wir jeden Tag auf dem Hotelzimmer nur 2 statt 3 Hand- und Badetücher und auch nur 2 statt 3 Wasserflaschen.Trotz unserer intensiven separaten Gespräche mit dem Hotel und booking.com sowie zwischen booking.com und dem Hotel kam es zu keiner Einigung. Wir als Kunden des Hotels empfinden uns deshalb um 1.500 mex. Pesos bzw. 75 Euro betrogen. Der Ärger über die geschilderten Umstände überschattete den gesamten Aufenthalt. Wir werden dieses Hotel nie wieder nutzen !
