We had a great room and a north facing balcony overlooking one of the pool. Loved having a Nespresso machine in the room. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
Something needs to be done about all the doors to the apartments. Even when trying to close quietly they make a huge noise that echoes down the hallway (most people didn’t attempt to close quietly)

The Staff were most courteous and helpful. The Room, Kitchen and Balcony were a good size and comfortable. The facilities in the kitchen were excellent.
The only issue I found was that the Room was musty (mouldy) which triggered my Asthma. Even when we ran the Air conditioning or opened the doors to the fresh air there was still a distinct musty smell. Unfortunately this spoilt our stay. Otherwise everything else was very good.
