Great location, just off the Main Street near restaurants & shops but also well located for the beach.
Good sized & well equipped one bedroom apartment. Covered terrace, good ac, fans, washing machine & dryer. Comfy bed and it’s nice & quiet. No lift but it’s not a problem. Underground car parking. Lovely pool & sunbeds.
WiFi was quite variable, it worked well in the bedroom but less so on the terrace. Could do with a deep clean. On the surface it was fine but the washing machine was very dusty, same with inside of lampshades, drawers in the bathroom need wiping & some cutlery needed washing up before we could use it. Supplied with toiletries, washing up liquid & dishwasher tablets & a sachet of washing powder.

We had a great stay at the Verandahs!! The apartment was large and very clean. The staff was very friendly. We would definitely recommend a stay there if you are in Port Douglas.

We had an excellent stay at this boutique apartment and felt at home the moment we walked in. The place was beautifully maintained and had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen, laundry facilities, and air conditioning in every room. Its central location made it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and nearby amenities, which was incredibly convenient.
The swimming pool was a real highligh, our kids thoroughly enjoyed it and spent a lot of time there. Overall, it was a perfect home away from home, and we would happily stay here again!

The bath tub was broken on the bottom where you stand, not so pleasant whilst having a shower
