Lovely spacious apartment, central to everything.

Location is perfect. Close to township and beach. Great pool area.

The location was close to the beach and shopping area. The pool area was lovely. There are shade and sunshine areas with comfortable sun loungers.

Room 2 on ground level was allocated and it was like living in a cave. It was dark and damp. The room is susceptible to mould and was told to keep the fans & air conditioner on at all times. The cleanliness of the room is questionable. It really needs a thorough deep clean and inspection before each new arrival. Upon entering, found on the glass door hand prints and markings size of a child level not wiped away. I reported that but it was still left there during our second week of stay. Found the fridge door seal black mould in the crevices and seal of the washing machine. And to top it off, found a small plate with food still on the plate put away amongst the other dishes, and a rotting lemon growing mould dried out under the bed - Yuk! I showed Michelle and she took the plate and washed it. Stay was for 2 weeks and was expecting the room to be refreshed after the first week but all that was done was change of bedding & towelling nothing else! No wipe down of bathroom, toilet, kitchen & floors. Mould just keeps growing in the shower Yuk! Finally the heat pump drier stopped working, there are no manuals to refer to so it was googled to be informed that the water tank has to be emptied. Well, it was full and for how long is my guess - is this checked? The room has only one TV, it would be good to have one on the main bedroom wall.
