Beach Terraces

The location is very handy. The units are very spacious and well equipped. The addition of a quiet pool is appreciated as well as all the sun beds and outdoor BBQ area. You can walk to everywhere. All the furniture in the unit is very comfortable and the lighting is great.

The noise from trucks that start before 5am almost every day really interrupted my sleep. I did purchase ear plugs to alleviate this issue. I did know that the unit wouldn’t be cleaned during our 7 night stay, however I would have liked the bathroom to be cleaned mid week.

The location was excellent. It was within easy walking distance of Macrossan Street which is the shopping and cafe area and only a short walk to the boat terminal for the day trips. 4 Mile beach is very close as well as the splash pool or the kids. Pools where very well maintained.

There where a couple of sets of stairs to reach the room which I wasn't aware of when I booked. I had asked for the ground floor. The mattress on the bed was uncomfortably soft.

Location, spaciousness of apartment, the helpful & obliging staff & the reasonable price. Would definitely recommend & will stay there again.

Being an older person with balance issues, I would have liked to have seen some hand rails for getting in & out of the pools.

We had a 1 bedroom apartment on the first floor. It was clean, spacious and well equipped. There are 2.5 swimming pools, also clean and well maintained. The resort is very close to the beach and an easy walk into town.

The problems that we had here were noise and large cockroaches. We didn't sleep well and didn't use our balcony enough. Our neighbours in the room above us had maybe a child stomping on the floor and others were talking outside on their balcony until 3am on our first night. They sounded so close that they might as well have been on our balcony. The trouble is that noise travels through the windows way too easily. Also, we didn't spend much time on our own balcony because of the trucks pulling up directly across the road at 7am every 2nd morning.
