The room was clean, and the pillows and bed were comfortable. The staff were very friendly and there was a good breakfast at a reasonable price. The location was a quick walk to the bus stop.

There is no air conditioning or a fan in the room.

ALl better thatn expected for the value for money.

The reception was excellent as we were late in arrival but were seen to immediately. all matters were explained to us and we were treated with friendliness and respect. Beautiful rooms and utter cleanliness. IN the centre of town easy walking to restaurants and cafe's. Town a lovely place to walk around.

Not informed that there were renovations before but all explained on arrival and this did not interfere with our stay. The staff were marvellous.

Das Hotel war in guter Lage.

Das was wir hatten, war ein nicht frisch renoviertes Apartment. Die Zimmer in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern sahen alle frisch renoviert und modern. Bei uns war das Zimmer sehr klein und sehr schrägem Dach. Das Apartment stand auch nicht in der Beschreibung. Das Zimmer sah etwas nach einem Abstellzimmer aus. Standen unnötige Sachen drin.

Preis Leistung war leider nicht ok

Das Frühstück war einfach. Mir wurde erzählt, das der Lieferant die Butter nicht geliefert hätte. Rührei wurde auch nicht nachgefüllt, obwohl der Frühstücksraum noch 30 Minuten geöffnet war. Sorry das war an dem Tag wohl nichts.

Mit Worten nicht zu beschreiben!

Ausser dem Frühstück hatten wir kaum Worte für das, was wir vor Ort vor fanden. Das Zimmer war staubig, neben dem Bett die Wand schimmelig, das Zimmer an sich total alt und verranzt. Ok das Bad war sauber, aber auch dort fanden wir an den Decken Stockflecken. Nach 5 Minuten Aufenthalt im Zimmer, waren wir nur am niesen u Nase putzen. Da die Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt war, hatten wir auch keine Gelegenheit, um ein neues Zimmer zu verlangen. Wir verbrachten die Nacht mit offenem Fenster, damit wir uns einigermaßen ausruhen konnten, da wir den Lieserpfad gewandert sind. Eine Zumutung war das Zimmer. Leider konnten wir uns auch am Morgen nicht bei einer entsprechenden Person beschweren, da es nur eine Angestellte gab, die für Küche und Bezahlung der Zimmer zuständig war. Wir hatten ihr aber gesagt, dass sie den Chef das sagen soll u er sich bei mir melden sonst, ansonsten würde ich ei e Beschwerde über Booking machen. Fazid nach 2 Wochen: Keine Rückmeldung vom Hotel, eine winzige Gutschrift von Booking com über 13,60 € und die Bewertung wird nicht angezeigt! Wir werden nun das Gesundheitsamt einschalten und weitere Schritte unternehmen. Die " tollen" Bewertungen Anderer können wir nicht nachvollziehen!

Teuer, aber sehr gut.

Aufenthalt war ganz Ruhig und angenehm. Das Zimmer war den ganzen Tag sauber. Frühstück ist inklusive. Und schmeckt gut! Guter Auswahl des Essens.

Preis ist im Vergleich mit Ausstattung und Vermögen in ganzer Stadt ziemlich hoch. Sonst ist alles prima.

Super nette Betreiber. Gutes Frühstück. Zentrale Lage, man ist schnell im Zentrum.

Die Zimmer unterm Dach sind im Sommer viel zu heiß. Leider keine Klima. Kommt vielleicht noch.

An heißen Tagen ist eine Übernachtung im Dachgeschoßzimmer nicht zu empfehlen

Das Frühstück war gut und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Mein Zimmer befand sich im 3. Stock und ich musste mein Gepäck bis dorthin hochtragen. Im Flur und besonders im Zimmer unter der Dachschräge was es extrem heiß, sodass ich erst weit nach Mitternacht zum einschlafen kam. Unsere Fahrräder mussten wir in einem ehemaligen dunklen Lokal unterbringen, indem es keine funktionierende Steckdose zum laden des Akkus gab.

Gut für einen Aufenthalt in Wittlich

Modernes, ansprechendes Ambiente, komfortables Zimmer, sehr gutes Frühstück. Personal gab es nur morgens zum Frühstück und das war sehr freundlich. (Den Zimmerschlüssel entnimmt man nachmittags einem Schlüsselkasten.) Das Fahrrad konnte im Hotel abgestellt werden.

Eine Bedienungsanleitung für die etwas unintuitive TV-Fernbedienung wäre nicht schlecht 😉
