It is very hard to open the silver seal on the shampoo, especially with wet hands. Also unwrapping the soap with wet hands! Please try to do it and you'll see what I mean!

Breakfast was great. Evening meal was lovely - shame re the seating location.
Evening meal, although lovely, was in an awful back room. The bedroom had a strange and unpleasant smell. Condensation in windows and mound in the bedroom. The mattress needs replacing. Furniture in bedroom was dirty and stained.
