We had a room for the 4 of us which was spacious and clean , excellent price , didn’t get a chance to enjoy the spa as it was the World Cup final lol

Staff very friendly and approachable.
How clean everywhere was.
I booked at the hotel, because of the use of the spa and pool. After I booked, I received an email a few days later to say that the spa was closed for renovations. This should have been pointed out at the booking stage, and I certainly should have been offered a discount because of it.
