Marwa at reception was very kind and welcoming and helped us set up surf lessons. The location is great. The suite was clean but not exceptionally clean. We stayed on the first floor (two adults + teen + tween) and were all comfortable. We faced the street so some noise at night with the windows open but not bothersome. Nice atmosphere in the lobby and welcome with the tea. Breakfasts with msemen, juice, eggs, were very good on the terrace. Everyone there was kind. We would definitely stay here again.
Not a complaint but an FYI for folks who mentioned the water in the shower going into the rest of the bathroom. You can lift the drain slightly and the water drains more quickly then just put it back down when you’re done.

Breakfast was fine. Restuarant was very good.
Bathroom showere was not up to par. The water did not drain properly, so I had to start and stop.
