Hamza, la persona que te recibe y está por las tardes y noches en el hotel, es muy amable simpático y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. Si yo fuera el propietario del hotel, me aseguraría de mantener a esta persona, ya que es el alma y la razón por la que los viajeros dan una puntuación tan alta a este riad. Paguen lo que se merece, que es mucho!
El resto de personas que trabajan también son muy amables.
El desayuno estaba bien y más que suficiente, se podría añadir una fruta para mejorarlo, pero me gustó mucho.
La ubicación es buena.
Las ventanas de mi habitación, justo al lado de la escalera en el primer piso, no ajustaban bien cuando las cerrabas, ni se mantenían abiertas cuando las querías abrir. El baño tenía mal olor, y al no tener ventilación era complicado. La zona común es más pequeña de lo que parece en las fotos. Por el precio que pagué, esperaba un poco más.

Un riad traditionnel et un très bon accueil de Hamza qui nous conseille sur les activités, restaurants ,...
Il répond toujours à nos attentes de manière très professionnelle et est très réactif.
Le riad est typique et a du caractère... il y fait frais même en plein mois d'août sans climatisation.
Le riad est un peu sombre et humide cela est sûrement du au fait qu'il se trouve dans la médina d'Essaouira et dans de petites rues.
Il n'est pas facile à trouver mais les voisins de la boutique se font un plaisir de vous renseigner.
