Had a good party vibe. Everyone became a little community quite quickly. The staff were 10/10 so friendly and fun. The onsite shops are so much cheaper than Souk El Had and the owners are amazing. The camel leather man is so nice and friendly. The old man in the souvenir shop is the sweetest! U just wanna buy it all! And of course "my husband" (or so he calls himself) haha.. with his spices and great Argon oil is fantastic. The staff cant do enough to help.
Make sure you book your meal at the pizza and the Moroccan restaurant on site. Its so much fun.
The rooms unfortunately. Its very "hostel" style bunk beds and 2 single beds, bathroom door didnt close, and the blankets were thin more like a thick sheet. If you rent a towel they are very old and ripped. And the food isnt great. But its a cheap all inclusive hotel with an excellent welcoming atmosphere. So you get what you pay for. Enjoyed it very much

The location, swimming pool area and outside of the hotel room is nice, the territory is huge and it has 4 separate swimming pools, and enough sunbeds for everyone.
Rooms are spacious but outdated. Good value for money.
Okay animation team and amphitheater.
No beach towels after 12, bring your own for the arrival/ departure day. There is no one from the staff who will explain about the hotel. Food is very limited, long waiting for meat or better dishes.
Disgusting water in the restaurant, we had to bring thermoses from the pool bar ourselves.
For two night stay for taxes I paid 10 eur for 1 adult and two kids. Reception didn't take cards but only cash.
No help from reception staff.misleading instructions which caused us wondering around hotel for hours..
