After 10pm they closed the hotel gate so no one can go to the beach that just doesn’t make sense. No aircon in the room. Gym not free have to pay daily 50 dirham. Nowater in the room or in the resort then what’s the point going all inclusive. Will not recommend to anyone. Also beware of front desk guys over charge city tax intentionally. I stayed 3 nights on my own guy was asking to give him £10 tax then he goes give me 100MAD. Those are the scammers. Very disappointed by the reception guys.

It's a big old hotel. Like little village. Location is very to reach most of the tourist places with short span of time. Agadir promenade is 10/15 min walking distance, a lot of restaurants and pubs are around. Souk El had is 7/8 min drive 25 min walking distance. Food is very average. But evening show and other activities was okay to have a lazy evening in the hotel. Cleaning lady with Hijab was very very gentle and helpful. Overall not a bad experience.

The place is like faulty towers … leaking roof in main reception and mouldy ceilings no water pressure in room and then only about 4 of the holes in shower head worked .. food was not great only had breakfast in hotel then payed to eat out in nearby restaurants … ran out of beer everyday and just supplied u with spirits and most of the quests were drunk all day and very rowdy … meant to b a family hotel but im glad i didnt take my grandson there
Most of the staff were friendly
beds weren’t to bad …no door handle inside the room so if like ourselves we forgot to take key out the door we was locked in ,sign in room said incase of fire /emergency call reception but no number to call and the phone didn’t work anyway … after about 20 mins of trying to open the door with cards and banging the door a cleaner came past and unlocked the door for us we was on 3rd floor so couldn’t even jump from balcony…. very loud at night /early morning from nightclub next door
