The staff is unhelpful. There is no good room service. There is no TV. There is no laundry service (contrary to what is stated on their website). There is no elevator and no porter. They do not provide cleaning supplies in the rooms.

Location good, hotel typical Moroccan style and it's very quiet inside.
Located in a main road with lots of shops and eateries around... 10min walk to the beach approx
I thought with it being in a main road it would be noisy at night . I heard nothing, had a fantastic sleep.
Bed very comfortable and shower brilliant.. that's most important in ny travels.
For the price, a good hotel all round.

No hot water for 2 days, no good light in bathroom, no bedsheets for the bed, light blankets, could not sleep because too cold and after icy cold shower I was freezing. Very bad experience.
Except for the 2 guys at reception as staff, very nice and polute young guys, helping in all they could. But the infrastructure and bedlinens are terrible. I had sheets for a sigle bed on a double bed... I mean far too smsll, not even covering the bed! Not recommended !
