The staff was very helpfull at all times, i.e. booking taxis, etc The hotel is very well situated, dowtown in the Medina, with easy access to all places there.
Difficult to find the hotel.

Personale gentile e disponibile. Abbiamo provato colazione, cena e hammam, tutto ottimo. C'è un vicolo tortuoso per raggiungerlo, ma sbuca in posizione ottima.
Molto tranquillo e per questo si sente ogni minimo rumore, le nostre camere non erano grandissime ma confortevoli

El Riad es bonito, te hace sentir que estás en un hospedaje típico marroquí. El personal fue bastante amable y el desayuno fue bueno.
A pesar de que el personal fue bastante amable no supieron manejar una situación que se dio en la fachada del edificio (incendio eléctrico) y que nos hizo temer por nuestra integridad y ver cómo gran parte de nuestra estancia se vio mermada en cuanto a comodidad. De hecho fruto de no tener electricidad, agua caliente ni calefacción, nos vimos obligados a cambiar de Riad. También a tener en cuenta que la ubicación no es buena, está al final de un callejón de unos 300 metros y es muy difícil encontrarlo y más aún si es de noche. Creo que si no tenéis la mala suerte que tuvimos nosotros podríais estar bien en este Riad pero quizás haya opciones mejores por el mismo precio y mejor ubicados
