Nice location, parking and very nice staff

Some rooms are very old, the bed was not comfortable, my room was very old and I hear every noise, both outside and from the rooms next to mine

The hotel is just across the beach, it is very clean and the staff is fantastic, they catered to every our need, from check-in after midnight to small requests we had (extra blankets and such like). The best thing about the room is the large balcony with a view of the sea. The position of the hotel is great, there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby.

Very good location — close to the sea, shops and restaurants, while still being relatively quiet. * Generally clean; housekeeping was provided approximately every other day and towels were changed when needed. * Staff were polite and generally tried to help.

We booked a family room with a sea view. Until the very last moment, we had communication with the hotel through Booking.com, and there was absolutely no mention that there was any technical problem with the air conditioning in our room. * We arrived at around 1 a.m. and found nobody at reception — only two keys to two standard rooms, even though we had booked one family room. We had no explanation of why we had been separated into two rooms and had to wait until reception opened in the morning to find out what had happened. This was a particularly unpleasant experience after travelling and arriving in the middle of the night. * We were eventually told that the air conditioning in our original room was not working. We were given the choice of staying in two separate rooms, waiting an unspecified amount of time for the repair, or leaving the hotel. No compensation was offered. After 3–4 days, the air conditioning was repaired and we moved into the room we had originally booked. * There are no basic bathroom amenities: no soap, shower gel or even a cup for toothbrushes. There is also no tea or coffee, only a kettle and two cups. * Although our booking stated that payment would be made upon arrival, half of the booking amount was blocked on our card about a month before the stay. The hotel told us this was done by Booking.com. However, at check-in, the hotel employee released the blocked amount from their tablet, and the money immediately returned to our card. The explanation we received was therefore confusing. * After booking, we also received a suspicious WhatsApp message related to our reservation. The hotel denied sending it and suggested it could be related to a Booking.com data leak. We cannot verify the source, but future guests should be cautious with any payment requests or links received via WhatsApp.
