Hotel is located up the hill with very nice and breathtaking location bus services are available across the street for city center

We were surprised to see the states the rooms are in because we were expecting 4 stars. We had to switch rooms twice in one night due to non functioning AC and dirty conditions.
We saw stained towels and used soap bars (in TWO of the rooms). The only redeeming factor was the man in reception who was patient and apologetic in listening to our concerns and issues. We received complimentary breakfast as compensation.
Location is also inconvenient as you have to take a taxi to anywhere.
With that said, the only way this place could be called a 4 star was if we were still living in the 1980s.

We feel the hotel is very tired, rooms are very basic and well used....it may have 4 stars but that is based on facilities it has than the quality of the facilities.....when things are moved there is dust, it is only lightly cleaned between booking
