    Went on a 15day trip in Europe, and stayed on IHG hotels. This is by far the best among the hotels under their umbrella.

    Stayed for three nights. The hotel is 4 minutes from two bus stops, six minutes from a metro stop (metro stop has elevator/lift). Very helpful front desk staff, spacious clean rooms, has tea/coffee making facility in the room, everything that you can expect from a IHG hotel. Only thing to keep in mind, if you book through Agoda you’ll not get your IHG rewards points. Will book this hotel the next time I’m back in Madrid.

    The hotel is close to the parque del retiro and the museum del prado it’s such a beautiful walk and you can go on little adventures into town too. The staff in the hotel are very accommodating and sweet and can speak English if needed. I would recommend it here if you’re looking for a place to stay in Madrid
